Chronicles of The Omniverse Archived The Aurora Nebula

With the peaceful departure of the Aschen forces from the Isirian systems and the safe re-purposing of the watchtowers, all was set to proceed with the final stages of Operation Black Sky.

The space around Isiria soon found itself blanketed by hundreds of busy Va'nyrian Tsrea'Nens as all available starhawks were put to work in the Va'nyrian's final obligation to their Isirian deal; the prevention of future Isirian subjugation by outside forces.

Following the conception of Operation Black Sky, the Isirian government decided they were willing to pay any price in order to ensure their civilization would not find itself in the same place again, and with the aid of the Va'nyrians they had a concrete price they could pay. In return for peace and solitude, the Isirians were willing to trade their stars and were resolved to live under a perpetual Black Sky.

With the Khav'nen's return from the nearest blackhole finished and preliminary set up there complete, construction on the Sea of Tranquility was now set to commence.

Over a period of two weeks of around the clock work, the Va'nyrians would construct for the Isirians a less volatile solution than the watchtowers to prevent unwanted intrusion, but with the caveat that once they chose to activate it their lives would never be the same until they grew wise enough to unravel the work done for them.

Through the careful placement of Va'nyrian wormhole emitters, precise manipulation of gravitational waves in the local space, the use of the energy produced by the artificially accelerated evaporation of the "local" blackhole, and permanent structures set to redirect the effect outside the Aurora Nebula; the Sea of Tranquility system would forever accelerate the expansion of space outside of the Aurora Nebula at a rate far greater than the average Universal expansion rate.

For all intents and purposes, the Aurora Nebula would become a solitary island surrounded by a sea of ever increasing space upon which light would never reach into. The fate of every galaxy in the universe accelerated in a microcosm.

Similar yet far more trivial work would also be performed at this time to create a system similar to the Aschen watchtowers in terms of limiting entrance to the Isirian systems from outside of "real-space", without the volatility of having to create ionic warp-storms to achieve the effect.

If all went according to plan, the Isirians would be prepared to embrace their new reality under a black sky within two weeks.
