A large clearing that is littered with the weapons and armor of tens of thousands of Rolmans of all species. For whatever reason the Pawns and Spectral Void Born avoid this area, making it the only safe place within the Marsh. Oftentimes at night, Spectral Void Born can be seen patrolling the clearing, but are completely docile.

-Undying Pawn: A common, easily dispatched creature. While they are unable to do much on their own, swarm all invaders on sight by the dozen, using long rending claws that can even tear apart Void Born armor.
-Armored Pawn: Some Pawns are formed from the Knights of Old, who had died or were buried in the swamp and now have been twisted and turned into Pawns. They are too far gone to make use of their years of training, but they still retain their plate armor.
-Ghoulish Pawns: When necromancers die within the marsh and are turned into Pawns, it seems unlike the Undying and Armored Pawns, they retain some of their skills, primarily their magical abilities. Their veins pulsate with necromantic magic they can conjure deadly bolts of magic to strike enemies at range.
-Hive Pawns: Created from the dead horses. These creatures resemble hairless, white horses with exposed skulls and thin but powerful legs. They are bloated with decay and charge enemies before exploding, releasing a swarm of short lived biting, stinging, venomous wasps to attack enemies.
-Spectral Void Born: Centuries ago, the Emerald Knight led a force of Void Born into Drakenvulf Marsh to cleanse the Marsh of the Undying Pawns but failed, losing dozens of Void Born. Those Void Born who fell in Drakenvulf Marsh were affected by the Marsh’s magic trapping the souls and forcing it bind with the land itself, turning the Void Born into a specter. The Spectral Void Born has the ethereal appearance of their previous lives, and carry the spectral weapons they have used before their bondage. Unlike the Pawns they take with them the skills they’ve spent decades refining.
