Hmmm... The power of mental fortitude is an excellent suggestion! I could make it like less than an hour for weak-willed or dimwitted people but several hours for powerful people (still covers Joe's issue since he actually read the rigged docs for several hours without resistance). As for his morality, as interesting the suggestion may be, I have already established that he distrusts anyone that is not the main five, thus will always take precautions, though I could find a way to integrate that.

As for Joe, I could simply do that edit. If he were to try figure out any weakness, he's gonna have to do that the hard way.

Thank you very much for the additional questions. I will now try to find time to enact the promised edits.
Of course! This works! Thank you for your cooperation!

Make an individual’s possible future come true in exchange for notable memories.

In lay man’s terms: If the person wants one of their possible futures to become reality, then they would have to give up memories that mean the most to them. I apologise, I should've replaced 'notable' with 'important' to be more clear.

That’s the beauty of predictions, it’s possible for one of them to become true but does not mean it will. Whether the prediction comes true or not, is not the fault of my character’s doing. If it does not occur, then it does not occur. What do you mean by not putting it as a limit? I’m confused on that part. Are you talking about whether Aspen can change the plot…or? I’m genuinely confused by this last question.
No, no I misunderstood your character a bit. I thought it was like a certain other character in Jojo were wherever he sees happening is destined to happen, not can happen. Yours is a prediction and it's possible but not certain. Yes, I understand. Otherwise, there are no issues :D

I have school starting soon and will not be able to fork over a lot of time because of that. If this roleplay is going to be like multiple replies per day I will fall behind which could prevent things from moving forward. I am willing to answer the questions you asked, but I am worried that I will hold everyone back. Just let me know. If I leave and someone would like to take on my character just lmk otherwise I can delete her CS from the OOC threads. I swear I am not usually this flakey, but it is senior year so I will be fully invested in my school work, and I respect how good this idea you came up with can be which is why I don't want to risk ruining it.
How many replies can you do per day? If we were to finish the meeting or at least have your character escape into a smaller roleplay (something like that) then we can keep up the roleplay while still including you.

I have a similar concern as nico. I have a job that I work 5-6 days a week with at least two days a week that I work doubles so there will probably be two days a week that I can't post. Would that be a problem? I don't want to drag down the game either. I do want to be a part of it still though
Two days when you can't post? No. I doubt it would be a problem. I also have school and I think I should be able to do something like one or two post each day if that's fine with most of you. I think it's better that the story has everyone in it compared to the story going faster, in my opinion.

His power works only through physical skin to skin contact. 1 minute touched would equal a year off of the victim's life, so the length of time it would take to kill someone would depend on how old the person was. he can heal all wounds short of loss of limbs/organs. It would not heal mental wounds. He can feel every bit of the wounds healing. most wounds would feel like a relief to heal but if it was a dislocated joint/limb that would hurt for him to heal.
Yes. I understand.

She creates sound herself and can tune any sound that has been made except sounds made from other people. she can't fo example kill someone with their own heartbeat. She can tune sounds as high or low as she wants but the higher/lower the sound goes the more energy it takes to do so. so theoretically she could destroy several city blocks worth of windows but doing so would overexert her, not to mention that morally she would never do such a thing because she doesn't want to hurt innocent people. I will put a power cap on it to wear she can only use the extremely loud and high/low frequencies when she is in rage or extreme mourning. She can manipulate volume as well.
That's fine

Felix is Twice as strong and fast as a wolf but is less agile. Felix is very intelligent, observant and cunning. He has to eat twice as much food as a regular wolf.

It's mostly thematical but having two souls makes her twice as resistant to mind control or any power that deals with the mind.
So essentially a bigger and stronger wolf. Got it!

All right. I knew this would take some explanation.
Biology manipulation - manipulating the structure of living things - would mean exactly that. He can corrupt people, (Which will also require explanation) kill them by exploding their brain or rupturing their heart, heal himself or others, and yes - resurrect people, which is like zombification, as he cannot replace the brain exactly how it was, and healing it would erase their memories.
Corrupting people would mean he zombifies people or replaces their personality with something else. This is irreversible.

Powers? Basically stuff related to Manipulating technology, the power to control the ink, teleportation, telekinesis, and basic enhanced abilities like super strength and speed.

Broken mirrors are still mirrors, so yes.
There is a 'mirror world' - he goes there and can interact with players through mirrors. This is mostly thematical.

Telekinesis - Very powerful. It could counter projectiles, especially because his consciousness runs faster than a human's, due to his ability to change his biology on the fly.
It's fine, I recognize your need to have him have clearly defined abilities, although it contradicts his mysterious nature.

I have more questions now that you explained some more, be sure to include this as edits on your character sheet.

Biology Manipulation - There has to be some limit here otherwise he could simply turn the entire city into his zombies. Maybe something like Bluebird did? Maybe we could do something like an "in-universe" explanation? Let's say every soul has some resolve and some individuals have powers because their souls are powerful? This makes it also harder for characters that have mind-control powers to control them since I personally believe that's a very overpowered power.

There also has some area in where he can do it like say inside a 40 m radius or something along those lines and maybe it could take some time? Something like this?

I will agree that exploding someone's brain sounds cool but a tad bit overpowered if he can do it to multiple people or really quickly. Don't you agree? Same with how close you have to be. The resurrection thing is okay but ONLY if powers do not transfer over or in some limited capacity, since their soul doesn't transfer.

How strong? How fast? What does controlling ink mean? What can he construct? Please, explain some more and then I can ask more question.

Also. What is the House of Odd? Your character can be an avatar of a larger deity, yes, but he can't be a deity himself. I think if you want to introduce those topics in the roleplay then it has to be a small-scale event. Yes, it could affect the city, like a plauge but nothing like multidimensional multi-universal powers. I hope you understand. I also have been told this Is essentially a replica of another thing you've made in the past. Can you please explain some of this?

That is a good reason, however, maybe it could be something like, the person in question has to be significantly fearful or panicy to be corrupted and/or be in a place where TMITM has power.

I also agree that Heroes' souls are more powerful - it is much harder for him to corrupt and kill them using his powers. Exploding their brain is not an option here. Also, he almost always aims to corrupt, not kill, PCs because their souls are stronger.

They would probably have to be in his immediate presence, like in the room he is in, to be corrupted.

Strong enough to not only stop a bullet, but to crush it, even dissolve it, before it reaches him.

The House of Odd - truly, this is only a small piece of the House, an echo of the larger thing. He is not an avatar of a diety or a diety himself, rather, a piece of one, a small sample of what he truly is - or could be. It isn't a replica of something else, rather, as I have said, an echo of something much larger. They all are. I am here, so, as a result, they must be here. They are here, so, therefore, I must be, too.

Yeah, I agree with what you said on the first part. It is much more fun when there is a motive. Corruption and other mind control abilities should only be done if the writer also agrees, please understand this. Also, yes immediate presence.

I guess I understand but please keep it as a side story rather than the main antagoinst as to not disrupt the modern, techno futuretopia supoer power mafia feel, if you understand.

Your character, Stich's turn.

Cloth Manipulation: How does it work? What area of effect? Since it is a mundane power I would allow larger areas and that it could be used on multiple people if you wish. It depends though. If you can choke anyone easily with this power then no, not multiple people at the same time. Maybe the more focus you give a victim the harder it is for them to get out?

Puppet power: An idea for a limit: Only one person at a time. As well as a limit on how far they can travel, seeing as it is a string. It should also be able to be cut, maybe it's hard but. What do you think? Either several people with limited travel distance or one person with longer travel distance as well as a stronger string?

Cloth manipulation: Should be in his line of sight if he wants to use the power - and it should grow weaker with distance.

Puppets: Limited travel range is what I was thinking, too, as he has to use the strings attached to his body.

Name/ Title / Alias:
Drake Brown. Went by Solar Flare when running with Moonstar all those years ago. Now his Code Name with The Opposition is Infernus.

Biography:
Drake Brown is the son of renowned explorer, Sir Arthur Brown. The man credited with finding the ruins of Atlantis, Avalon and other seemingly mythical locations. For the most part, artifacts from these places sold for a lot of money, even if they myths were largely debunked by finding the places to be simple mundane ruins. This all changed when Sir Arthur Brown found the Forge of Prometheus. Arthur kept a gem he found at the did site and brought it home as a memento for his son. That night, Drake sword he could here the gem calling to him.
The next morning the gem was embedded into his chest, and the house was ashes. Drake wound up bouncing from foster home to foster home, but some mysterious fire always seemed to follow him. Kicked onto the street because it was becoming very clear he was an Arsonist, though the more religious orphanages claimed he was the devil.
While on the street he met up with Moonstar, and they started exploring their powers together. Both found themselves looking to be one of the Scarlet Five.
Until one day, Drake was captured by the Opposition. He though Moonstar would come and save him. That anyone would save him. As the years dragged on, it built into resentment. They had abandoned him. The years of torture had finally begun to break him.
No longer Solar Flare, of the Scarlet Five, but Infernus of The Opposition.

Affiliation:
The Opposition
Chained up in a water tank. Completely submerged. His lungs filled with water. Only kept alive by an ECMO machine, Drake stared limply out the Perspex window at the agents looking in on him. He couldn’t do anything. He couldn’t even breathe. Suddenly his whole body jolted as electrodes were lowered into the water. Drake could feel his muscles tightening. His heart straining. “No one is coming to save you. The Scarlet Five are nothing more than criminals.” The voice came through the ear pierce jammed into the side of his head. Four years ago, he would have ignored it. Brushed it off as Opposition mind tricks. However, over the four years, they had worn him down. He no longer resisted. He lacked the capacity to. He simply agreed. The Scarlet Five were just criminals. So, when they offered him a chance to end his torment and join the Opposition he eagerly accepted.

Drake Brown is bonded to the Scorched Heart. An Artifact of the First Flame.
The Scorched Heart has grafted the Primordial Flame into his soul. Granting him several Fire based abilities, that The Opposition has dubbed Esoteric Fire Manipulation.
View attachment 8126
Drake can manipulate the esoteric side of the flames with magical properties and is able to use it for various purposes, such as enhancing his physique, healing, teleportation, etc.
The Opposition have yet to find the limits of his powers, as they are mystical and ancient in nature. However, testing has found that ater does seem effective at stoping him from activating his abilities as he does need some kind of spark.
Equipment & Non-powered abilities:
To show Drake that The Opposition is better, they have given him just about anything he wanted. An expensive penthouse. A nice new sports car. Expensive whiskies. The whole shebang. He was even put through Opposition Field training. Learning how to use guns and knives. A more formalised martial arts education to supplement what he learned on the streets.

-

Relations:
Holds resentment towards the Scarlet Five.
Tolerates the Opposition and works for them because they cover the expenses for his rather lavish lifestyle.
I wanna start off by saying that this is definitely another interesting character. However, there is very little concrete here saying where powers end and where they begin.

First:

What do you mean Fire manipulation? Already existing flames? Can he produce flames himself? How hot do they need to be? Can he melt metal? Can he use fire to fly? If so how high? and how fast? How fast do the flames spread? What color are they? Are they akin to forest fires or a chemical fire? Maybe even a magical flame?

You mention two very strong powers: Teleportation and Healing. Please expand on these. Healing? Okay. From how severe wounds? Is it draining to heal? Does it take time? Maybe he can't use his offensive powers after healing? Can he only heal himself or others as well? He shouldn't be able to revive someone at least, is my thoughts.

Now to just some other random questions:
How fast is he on a normal day? And with fire powers?

Same just for strength? Also how quick can he summon the flames? Only from his hands or from other limbs as well? Can he place them remotely somewhere? Can he maybe even hide some in the ground to explode or erupt at a later time?

Remember much of this is only ideas. We should come to an agreement rather than me putting the limits :D

Cloth manipulation thing Is a yes.

As for puppets, yes but what about also easier to break out when there's multiple people? I mean PCs have stronger fortitude of course so that's already a thing. PCs shouldn't die from it and should only be under control for short periods of time. Otherwise, on NPCs go ham.

Lastly is your character Blindfold if I'm not mistaken.

What can he create with the symbiotic constructs? How durable are they? Do they break against steel? What can he make? Complicated machinery? Obviously not. also, again. Healing. How so? I would agree with replacing a limb or healing a wound with symbiotic creations but not constantly doing it during a fight for example.

Telekinesis, again. How strong? How far? How fast does it activate?
