General thread for OOC chatter. Feel free to throw questions at me as well, as I will be adding a little Q&A below!

What type of shore is the lake? Sandy, rocky, etc.

I imagine that it is a sort of sandy beach but with larger grains- basically very small pebbles like {this}!

What would the temperature of the lake be?

The lake itself would be quite frigid, as fog tends to roll down from the hills and collect in the small basin where it is located. Wind also deflects off of the water and, without a barrier like trees, the surrounding beach-y area can get quite cold.

What sorts of fauna/flora will be inside of the walls?

Most common North American species that you would find in a woodland/ light grassland region.​

Notable Fauna:
↠ Various sorts of deer.
↠ Rabbits.
↠ Foxes.
↠ Wolves.
↠ Grizzly bears!
↠ Raccoons.
↠ Hawks, various predatory and prey birds.
↠ Insects! Lots of mosquitoes, etc.
Notable Flora:
↠ Oak trees {south!}
↠ Pine trees {north!}
↠ Poison oak/poison ivy.
↠ Various sorts of algae.
↠ Wildflowers.​

Hey how wide is the stream?

It is about 5 meters I'd imagine, and quite cold. Likely easy to cross if you find a fallen log or feel like getting your shoes/pants wet!
