The UNSC Marine Corps form the mass majority of the military, taking all sorts of roles and services within the army, whether they provide intelligence, pilot vehicles, pilot transports or on the front-lines suppressing the enemy. Their most common weapon that they wield is the MA37 Assault Rifle and the M6G Magnum. They have commanding officers of course, ranging from Majors to Sergeants, to admirals and generals, they take orders from their commanders including Spartans and sometimes ODST Squad Leaders.

They are the first ones into a battle, whether they charge in on foot, with the assistance of a vehicle or dropped off via Pelican.
