Warriors Cats~Hidden Stars

((I just forgot to reply XP sorry about that! :p)

Sparrowpaw | Male | 10 moons
The young tom watched with amusement slightly sparkling in his eyes as his fellow apprentice jumped from talking to one cat and then the other. She was quite optimistic it seemed, which was something he envied. The she-cat seemed to be looking on the bright side of things, which was something he found hard to do ever since his kit-hood.... Pushing his dark thoughts away, Sparrowpaw turned his attention back to the talkative cat in front of him as she spoke to Sparrowpaw. The main-coon started to pad after her as she spoke and walked and he replied, "Being an apprentice is really all that fun. Oh sure it is way better than kit-hood, but it is pretty boring. Lot's of chores, and rules lots of rules." The silver tom paused for a moment before continuing, "Oh yes, the elders are really grouchy. They like cute kits, not annoying apprentices." He meowed with a shrug of his shoulders.

Mistpaw slowly followed his mentor, doing his hardest to not make a sound. He listened close to the voles, watching them from the corner of his eye. He wouldn't mess this up, he couldn't, this meant for for the clan and he would carry his weight.
As Lilac Eyes finally got I to position, Mistpaw followed suit, waiting for his mentors signal.
(Sorry I've had work and other stuff the past few days.)

Signaling to his apprentice that it was time, Lilac Eyes pounced towards one of them. Unless Mistpaw jumped practically at the same time, the other vole would most likely escape and run for its life. However, Lilac had to focus on his own prey in order to be successful. His front paws landed on either side of the rodent and soon he tasted blood when his sharp fangs dug into its bland body, letting out a pained shriek before the cat ended its life and it went limp, success!.

Mistpaw seeing his mentors signal and bunching muscles, he too pounced, knowing if he missed then one would get away. His aim was true though as he pinned the other vole to the ground and quickly bit its neck, severing the spine.
He picked it up and turned to his mentor, a proud look in his eyes.

As she walked along with the two apprentices, one of them not even hers. She'd have a serious talk with her mentor when they got back, leaving the youngling without a day of training was incredibly irresponsible. Waspclaw also kind of wished they would be more quiet, the constant childish banter soon becoming an annoyance for her, and she flicked her tail a couple of times. On the other hand they were still young and for a territory tour she couldn't exactly impose silence on them. So for now she'd have to deal with it.
"As far as I know our relations with other clans are pretty neutral at the moment, no hostility but not too much confidence either. We're testing the water with everybody and so far everyone is fine."
The she-cat answered her apprentice's question and then listened to the complaint about the rules. Wasp Claw was going to comment on it, but decided against it. It would really be no use.
"Sparrowclaw, who is your mentor?, I would like to talk to them once we're back"
She headed towards the limits of the territory to show them where they were located so when they were ready to go on patrols they remembered and didn't accidentally walk into another clan's territory, and cause everyone trouble.

Specklepaw noticed her mentors annoyance, and held her tongue. She instead averted her attention to her surroundings, smelling every nook and cranny, noting possible animal dens, and noticing landmarks, trying to create a visual map in her head. She had to know her home well in order to protect it, she repeated in her head. She tried to equally distribute her weight on her paws as she had seen other warriors and apprentices do, to decrease the sound she made. She was practicing for hunting, which she hoped she would try today. She suddenly stopped abruptly by a strange scent. A border! Specklepaw thought enthusiastically. She turned her face towards Waspclaw in question. "Which clan is this?"

Sparrowpaw | Male | 10 moons
Sparrowpaw angled his tufted ear towards the older cat as she spoke to him. The large tom could guess that she was going to talk to his mentor, which he didn't mind. He hardly knew the cat, despite her being a pretty outgoing she-cat, he was to shy and stubborn to talk to her. He thought she was to bossy and lectured to much, and it didn't seem she had a particular interest in him as well. She had stated many times he was to easily upset, stubborn, hot-headed, and reckless. He would usually just ignore her, he didn't care what she thought of him. He had dealt with much worse. And he did try not to be mean to his mentor, she was kind to him and a respectable warrior. "Lightningheart," he meowed bluntly, and then turned his attention back to Specklepaw as she started sniffing all over the place. His whiskers twitched in slight amusement, it was quite amusing to watch her enthusiastically try to learn everything in one day. Then he let his attention turn back to the path in front of him.
