Writing. You can put your thoughts and feelings into a character and share it with the world indirectly. You can create someone everyone can relate to or someone no one can relate to. Writing is powerful. Writing is the written word of our thoughts, of our voices. Writing is the written word of our Forefathers. People may think they can judge someone's work when in reality, a good writer has put his' or her's heart and soul into the work and that is something no one can judge. Sharing one's work takes some of the greatest courage. You're taking a piece of yourself and showing it to the world.
This is a message to all aspiring writers. Don't wait! If you have an idea, share it! Even if nobody likes it, all that matters is that your message reaches that one person who needs to hear it! If you need help on it, don't be afraid to ask! Someone who supports you will sit down and talk you through some ideas. Find a close friend and show them what you're working on. Some of the greatest writers today were unloved when they started. Share your voice! The world needs to hear it, see it, feel it!
