Seems good, but I have to ask for an expansion about what you exactly mean by being able to manipulate plant-life? Because if these details aren't defined, it could very easily be OP. I don't see any problems, accepted.

Yeah, I think you should tone it down a tad. The ability to stir up storms or tornados seems a bit overpowered to me.
