Well, it’s true, my characters seem to act exactly the same, must be typeplaying. I mostly play young girls, so that’s probably why they end up with the same personality.
Looking back, I realise that...
I still have a problem with that, it starts off concrete but everyone feels like there’re the same person after a while.
For me, it was bad writing, such as too much, or lack of drama. I also, in group roleplay, had a problem of being the biggest attention seeker in the world.
If you are writing a jerk, than it is vital for them to be rude, but making their rudeness unbelievable without the other character batting an eye is quite strange.
If a character tells someone to shut up when that person wasn’t doing anything, that is a realistic jerk, as long as it makes sense...
