Little is subjective as that would be a low soldier and around 1.3m diameter with the legs and .6m tall. He's got lungs. The high soldier would be bigger. They'd be colonizing planets otherwise uninhabitable and starting terraforming projects. They export a lot of spare military/labor capacity...
