Akashic Arcana A chance meeting

Kierri

Allonsy!
Iris giggled excitedly, the thrill of fighting always got here blood going, it had been a long while since she and Rosa, her only close friend had had a chance to spar. It was more of a training session, whilst Iris could put up a tough fight she was reckless and chaotic, and careless, Rosa however was controlled and calm.

The duo had chosen to spar out in the industrial district, they were rarely bothered here, mostly staying at a safe distance from the buildings, far enough way to not disturb people. Rosa took a moment to regain her breath, at times Iris could be a bit much, unpredictable sprung to mind, and whilst it definitely kept her on her toes, it was darn tiring, combined with their magic it was a tough fight, but Rosa liked to keep herself in shape and prevent her magic and combat skills from going rusty.

"Tired already queenie? come on now you're just slacking" Iris sneered, Queenie being the pet name she had decided to give Rosa on the account of her apparently seeming like royalty, it was a joke that fell on deaf ears as far as Rosa was concerned, but the bubbly humor of the colorful woman was at times actually funny.

Rosa shook her head and regained her stance, the ground around her was covered in frost, whilst Iris was glowing, literally glowing neon pink, they threw spells back to back, dodging and rolling, at times exchanging kicks and punches, blocking and ducking. To some it may have looked like an actual fight, however both Iris and Rosa were careful to not actually harm each other.

Mira had no idea how she got around to this place, she was just walking around aimlessly, trying to find a place where she could figure out how to get ready for the tournament. She was about to turn around and go back home when she heard the noises of fighting. Before she could see them, she saw pink bright lights all around, much like fireworks. It drew her in, even more, peeking around one of the many walls. There were two of them, two strong looking girls who were sparring each other. Mira was unsure if they were serious or not, but watching them for a while longer, she decided they were having fun.

The sparring was fascinating to watch. It was explosive on one side hand, but Mira started to get into the flow of it, wanting to do what they could do. Well, not all of them, her own magic was far from something so spectacular, but the energy was something she felt drawn to. They were training, while having fun, while focusing on not hurting each other, and in Mira's opinion, that was harder than just blindly hitting someone. If you hit something a hundred times, you were sure you hit it at least a few times, but when you had to keep yourself from hitting something or someone seriously even once, that was a completely different story. That needed a different type of focus that Mira wasn't exactly good at or confident in.

She had no idea how long she had been staring when her face flushed red with the realization that if they noticed her, they would have thought of her as a creep. She thought of turning around, and yet instead she found herself calling out to them. "Uhm... Hello! Can I join?"

Eren panted as he looked through the district. Since he had came back, he had managed to get an even worse reputation within the school, the students spreading various rumors about where he had gone, but the one that most believed was that he went back the the confederacy to 'report back' to Romanov about the school. But, at least he knew the falsities within their words. But to keep them from completely flipping out upon his arrival, he stayed in the industrial district, at least for the moment.

The magic that spewed from the area between 2 buildings caught Eren's attention immediately as it started, and as he walked to the edge of the building to see what was going on, a pink light shot past him. He looked at the magic projectile for a moment before kneeling, watching the two for a moment. It didn't seem they were injuring one another, whether they were truly trying to or not. He thought as he watched the two, not sure whether to intervene or let them have at it.

Rosa and Iris paused their sparring at the sound of a female voice, for a moment they both thought they were in trouble for using magic and fighting in an area such as this. Until they spotted the fellow student. Iris grinned at the prospect of having some potentially new to spar with, whilst she enjoyed sparring with Rosa she was always interested in fighting someone with a different skill set, the colorful female skipped over to Amira, draping an arm around her shoulder "Sure you can, we'd love to have a newbie in our group".

Rosa rolled her eyes at her friends rather direct approach, she knew Iris could vex a lot of people but she often meant well "What my friend meant to say was. you're welcome to join us, I'm Rosa Romano and this here is Iris Harrington, I recognize you from the academy but I don't think we've been introduced before?" the fair skinned female asked in a far more calming demeanor.
