Personality: The unnerving mix of fatalism and a happy-go-lucky attitude is usually the first thing that concerns the passengers of James' vehicles, if the nickname "Crash" didn't do so first. James adheres well to military doctrine, though he has a tendency to become overly talkative with his passengers.
Biography: Born on Arcadia, James spent quite a lot of his youth knee deep in rebels, making some money by trafficking supplies for them. At eighteen, he joined the UNSC airforce, and spent the majority of his time behind the controls of some kind of vehicle. After training, he found himself moving from one nigh-suicidal mission to the next, and got away with minimal injuries each time, getting his squad out safely, though often minus his vehicle. If it wasn't for the fact that his missions were completed to a T, he probably would have been discharged ages ago.
Appearance: James has quite an average appearance, all things considered. Nearly six foot, brown eyes and brown hair, his most notable feature is a burn scar on his right hand, and he maintains a running tally of vehicles totaled on his helmet. There's over a dozen marks.
