The Dragon's Den can only be accessed through the Dark Alcove. You MUST have either a flying Pokemon capable of carrying you or a water Pokemon capable of doing the same to cross the water and enter the Dragon's Den. A small forested area with a lake, the same body of water in the cave, can be found on the other side.
Dragon Pokemon levels 25-30 will spawn here.
