His face in unadorned with ink though, dresses in dark leather clothing black pants, black undershirt and black trench coat, and well worn combat boots.
Personality: Jinn is on the outside a friendly enough person, though not very open, quick to make and act on decisions that he feels is right to him.
Goals & Ambitions: To rid the earth of gangs within his power to destroy, one way or the other.
Abilities & Equipment:
While in a V.A. hospital, jinn was approached by a clandestine organization, where they offered a once in a life time opportunity to become a part of a human controlled unit capable of fighting against the threats brought on my the Justice League. Jumping at the chance to better serve his country, jinn readily accepted the offer, only to lose his memory in the process, unknowing how he received his abilities nor how he came to be living in Washington D.C., nor why he harbors such hatred for criminal gangs.

- Shadow port, slipping within them to move from location to location with ease, can bring willing participants.
- Alter physical form, Jinn can alter his appearance to any person he has had physical contact with.
- Shadow Meld, can alter his molecules to become semi-intangible.
- Night vision, can see in the dark with hawk like clarity.
- Shadow blade, able to manipulate a shadow blade that can slice through most man made objects.
- Bright lights that cancel out darkness render his abilities obsolete, until darkness appears again he is virtually human.
- His eyes remain green, which causes Jinn to keep his head down, or blow his cover.
- Shadow meld, lasts for small bursts of time, no longer than ten seconds.
- Shadow port, only able to move one person per time, and they can't weigh more than fifty pounds than Jinn's.
- Bright lights cancel out his shadow blade. See first weakness.
