Abilities & Equipment: James Davrell is a trained CIA operative with years of experience on the field. He is competent with most firearms and some experimental weaponry and is well-versed in hand-to-hand combat. He is in exceptionally good shape and trains frequently to maintain his health (when his leg isn't acting up).
Weaknesses: Davrell is only human. He has no outstanding strengths or superpowers which might allow him to offer even marginal resistance against some of the stronger metahumans active across the globe. He is also still recovering from an injury received on the field which affects his left leg.
Personal History: James Davrell is an Acting Liaison Officer between the CIA and the Justice League. A former FBI field agent, Davrell was picked up by the CIA at 23 and recruited into a tactical operations unit specializing in anti-metahuman counterterrorism. He distinguished himself over two years of field work before he was seriously injured in a skirmish against metahuman slave traffickers operating in Cuba. He was moved to desk work during his recovery where his service record and expertise won him a position as an Acting Liaison officer between the CIA and the Justice League.
