"...you know I can freeze things, right?" Glacir asked. Just to remind Jayden, Glacir froze a fish that jumped at him.
"See? But, if you insist, I'll take one." Glacir took a grenade.
Glacir turned as he heard Kestral shout. He turned around, walked up to her, grabbed her arm, and pulled her through the crowd, shoving past the fleeing people.
Glacir followed Tyrian down the steps. Under normal circumstances he would be more polite to the passing people, but now wasn't the time to be polite. Now was the time to plug some holes in the ship.
"How much time do we have?!?" Glacir yelled to Tyrian while freezing a few holes and caving in...
"That's the best chance we have!" Glacir yelled as he followed Tyrian. No amount of magic training had prepared Glacir for something like this, but when push comes to shove, you have to do what you have to do. Glacir sheathed his sword and grabbed his hammer.
"I hope this works."
Glacir was a bit surprised when Kestral grabbed him, but he understood what she was saying.
"If we're going to keep the ship from sinking, we need to go back below deck and kill the fish that already made it down there. Maybe I can freeze some of the holes they're making." Glacir shot a blast...
Glacir managed to reach the top deck, smacking aside any fish near him. Once he got some space, he drew his sword and returned his hammer to his belt. Breaking bones with a blunt-force object was an effective way to kill, but sometimes cutting the opposition in half was better. Glacir was...
Glacir was about to reach his cabin when he thought he heard a scream. Glacir paused for a moment, grabbed his hammer, then turned around...to see a bunch of glowing fish digging through the ship.
"Wh...what in the world...?" One of the fish tried to jump at him, but Glacir quickly smacked it...
As everything seemed to be...fine, for the most part, Glacir decided to head back to his cabin to rest his head. He thought about finding and talking to Kestral, but considered the possibility that she still might be angered by the other two's remarks. If I see her on the way, I'll try, at...
"Everyone needs to calm down," Glacir said with irritation in his voice. Things were starting to look bad with this crazy gunman shooting at everything, and the amount of arguments happening was hurting his head.
"Unless, of course, you'd like to live the rest of your life as a sculpture of...
"Perhaps." Glacir opened his eyes and saw that Kestral was spinning her daggers. "Miss, those are lovely daggers. However, I have to ask you to not spin them near me. I don't need another cut on my body."
"That might be our best option, though if we were to go around asking people, I'd suggest not coming on as...abrasive when asking questions. I also suggest we start near the sick bay." Glacir said with his eyes shut.
"Your guess is as good as mine." Glacir shook his head. "All I wanted to do is go to Solus and open up a forge, but now this is happening? What is going on? Why is this happening?"
