Well, smut isnt allowed on this board anyway, so you have little to fear in that regard. We have recently gained some new people that focus on romance-rpgs, so I don't think it will be very difficult to find a playmate.

I dont really get the purpose though. Whats the use? Dont people know where they are? Some have a line at the start of their post stating their location and who they are with in bigger RPs. Thats at least how i know it.

Frankfurt is not that interesting. I miss bavaria. Munich, Nuremberg and Augsburg are such great cities and there is a lot of nature and culture. Frankfurt is just a bland city with no flavour, still a lot better than berlin though. Berlin is a complete shithole.
