As an agnostic I firmly believe the answer to this question is unknowable. You can only hope that there is an afterlife, which personally I really hope there is one, because I feel life is too short.
I personally am in favor of both articles, as they protect the rights of creators, such as for example writers. Their effectiveness depends greatly on how the EU countries implement them though.
I think making jokes about any subject is fine, as long as you keep the context of a situation in mind. For example, it might not be a great idea to make a race-based joke right after hearing news about a race-motivated shooting. I also think jokes like this are actually positive in certain...
idk. If you are a US citizen it would be a bit... off to burn your flag, but outside the USA I think it's a fine, if not a bit ineffective, form of protest.
I personally limited is the most usable of the three, especially for RP. It helps the reader to sympathize with the protagonist. The other two can also be very powerful I think, but only when utilized in the right context.
