“Circus of Others” is a wip/ ready to go roleplay. This is more or less an open world idea where anything is possible. If you would like to play a powerful character please PM me and we can discuss what we can do about that. Other than that anything goes as long as it follows the character rules for the three major races.
Storyline
Humans have just found out that they aren’t the only sentient beings to exist, not just in this galaxy but on earth. While a few look just like humans some look very different. While most humans are trying to figure out how to better define existence, some rebel against these “Others”. While a select few try to figure out just how different the others are from humans. Whether it fascinates or terrifies one thing is for certain, you can’t put the circus back into the bag.

Humankind is the most basic kind of character in this game. No. They don’t have powers beyond what any normal human has in the modern day and age. A human can die rather easily if pitted against either of the two other races. This simple fact is one of the reasons the Others as man has come to call them have kept to themselves never revealing themselves. There are a few humans that have been on the inside of things for a while. Perhaps generations.

Shifters are unique from the Fae in the fact that they aren’t bound by morals and thoughts but by instinct alone. They live and breath alongside their animal counterparts never feeling the need to state the fact that they aren’t one and the same. They group themselves by two different things after their race is determined. Clan- who they are mated to and related to. Clans are extensive families that are normally made up of one species of Shifter but can sometimes be mixed. Region tends to be self-explanatory. Where does the Clan live? Example being the Forest of Allegany. A talent given to all shifters is the ability to shift into a feral creature. Few shifters can change into several animals. (NO MORE THAN THREE FORMS)

Fae are by far the most complicated creatures to exist. While a lot of myths and lore are based on them- some correct, some not- they tend to enjoy keeping humans on their toes.
There are three major Courts. Most Fae belong to one and only one. A few choose the life of a Solitary Fae. These fae tend to have drastically different views from their courted counterparts. A handful are solitary without choice. These unlucky misfits form an informal court known as the Shadows.
