Does Storytellers Circle have a Discord?

I was wondering if the site had a Discord server for to join, if yes what is the link for it?
If it doesn't: Why don't we create one?
For those who doesn't know what I'm talking about Discord is a free all-in-one voice and text chat software that is personally think is the best out there
 
Requiem handles their interactions inside discord, but if one for STC I'll love to join.
 
Sentry has one with a bunch of STC people, other than that there is no official STC discord.

Yep. You can find it here, for those wondering. I do recommend reading these bullet points first though, to know if it's for you.
  • When you join initially, you only have access to the #general and #server_rules channel. This is normal. All it takes for you to get Verified Member status is for us to verify that you are not a spam account of some sort.
  • The server is mine--not STC's, but it has a lot of STC members on it. So keep in mind that my discord server is not affiliated to STC, in spite of having several STC members on it, and STC role plays often being a topic of discussion on it! :p
  • It has a total of 57 members, with I'd say about 20-30 being regularly active/online.
  • Member User Roles are: Verified Members, Managers, and Administrators. Verified Members can access all public areas. Managers can access all public & private areas, as well as modify user roles, and channels. They also have the power to kick troublemakers, if necessary. (Though it's never been used outside of a single permanent ban.) Administrators have all powers, including a permanent ban power--which has only ever been used once. There's also a hidden 18+ tag, to allow users access to the #adult_lounge to talk about sexual topics as they wish. Which brings me to my next point.
  • It's a server that doesn't just appreciate Free Speech, it french kisses it madly. If you're easily offended, or need trigger warnings to get through daily life, walk away. That being said, political discussions and debates are intentionally put into a channel outside of #general, so people that want to have a pitfight over Trump's hair style can do so without disturbing everyone else.
  • The primary focuses of the server are...
    • Roleplaying: There are channels specifically dedicated to specific role plays. (At present: #legend_of_renalta, #the_last_bastion, #project_spess, #overlordsandguardians, #easy_money, #realm_of_drageloc, #grothnors_rp). These channels are dedicated to those particular role plays, and I often use the first two to talk about my own role playing endeavours. Additional RP channels can also be created by request, though old and dead channels do get purged from time to time. Until Discord finally puts their promised feature of categories in, this is the only way to prevent channel bloat. We also have a channel dedicated to tabletops, like D&D, that has less to do with a specific RP, and more to do with tabletop roleplaying in general as a topic. (#axls_tabletop)
    • Gaming: Myself and several others on the channel enjoy video games. A lot. We often play games like Borderlands 2, and MechWarrior Online.
That's about it really.

Oh, and to summarize the server rules...
  • Don't spam porn in the adult channel.
  • Don't be a raging fucktard that takes out his anger on other people.
  • Don't manipulate or emotionally abuse people.
  • Don't sexually harass people. If a person says no, it means no.
They're all real easy rules to follow I think. :p

There. Nobody should mix up my personal Discord server as an actual STC affiliated thing anymore. I hope.
