Resolved/Answered Epic-roleplays: finding interest?

in the guidelines for starting epic roleplays it said that at least five players must be interested in playing. But how does one find interest? Do they simply start a ooc bullies board thread?

Yeah, you can make a thread in the bulletin advertising your roleplay or hit people up in chat.
