Event Committee
The Student Body Event Committee is one of the smaller integral parts the academy. The E.C controls the way events are planned, executed and created. From school balls to tournaments, the committee tries to work hand in hand with the Student Council and the Disciplinary Division.
This allows for the two bigger branches of student involvement (SC and DD) to manage bigger projects.
Qualifications [Members]
- Must have a class rank of B or A. Class C members may be accepted if they have a recommendation letter from one of their teachers.
- Attention to Detail and outgoing personality traits are preferred.
Chairmen Committee Qualifications [Up to 3]
-Have great people skills
-Have a flexible schedule, must get special permission from Student Council to have certain classes adapted to the needed schedule
-Must be a 2nd or 3rd year to ensure they are familiar to the traditions and holidays of the Academia.
Events
The Committee tries to at least have 2 Academy Wide Balls/Dances per school year. Usually divided into Winter and Fall dances.
With Mage Tournaments and other events of the sporting kind, they work very closely to Faculty and the Council to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
During elections, the committee also plans for the voting booths among other things.
