Alright, although I have not posted a starter yet, after you go through here and then to the character forms area (you will post your own topic there to store characters) the Roleplay may begin with two posts.
If your character is in the human world, they will discover two flyers, one for Scotland Yard, another for The Council. You will have a choice on going between the two groups and choosing to side with one, or remaining neutral but being dragged along into the struggles.
(I currently am in need of Council and Scotland Yard, DO message me if interested.)
