Format:
Name: Their Name obviously
Race: Which of the 1 billion races the character is
Age: Age duh
Gender: Don't expect anything unusual here
Rank and Affiliation: If the character is affiliated with any IC group, otherwise None
Description: I'm not very good a Google, so this will usually be a text description.
Biography: Brief overview of their activities before IC Posts
Equipment: Equipment they have on hand in most situations.
Other: Anything else about the Character
Archive: Summary of important IC events the character has gone through.
