I am wanting to post something in the RP forums but it say on the right hand corner at the bottom where it usually says "post new thread" is located it says "You have insufficient privileges to post here." is because I just signed up today and there is a 24 hour wait until I can post?

I don't mind waiting if I have too, but most sites I have been on allows me to post an RP or at least a sign up page right off the bat. Please tell me if I can post something soon for I would really like to RP here :)
 
You need to get your account approved by an admin, there's a guide around her somewhere...
