Would it be against the rules, to make a thread, that would both serve as a sort of rp group, and for people to recieve assistance on refining past or unsuccesful rps of their?

Though to a point, the Chat ehre can help with the above matters, i think a thread, could be helpful as wll, providing people who would know the specifics.
