Passive Abilities:
- Thermal Resistance - Doggath is able to survive at any temperature without discomfort.
- Enhanced Condition - Doggath is strong enough to lift small cars and bend metal, fast enough to move at/beyond the high-way speed limit, durable enough to withstand being thrown off tall buildings.
- Anti-Psychic Presence - Doggath projects a presence/energy that mitigates/weakens psychic power, shutting down psychic power and abilities.
Active Abilities:
- Chain Manipulation - Doggath can create, summon, shape, manipulate and use any kind of chains and chain-like weapons, including flails, shaping and combining them as needed, or moving them. The chains are just regular metal chains. They can be broken with sufficient force. He can only create and manipulate chains he is touching.
- Molten Metal - Doggath is able to manipulate metal in a unique way that involves keeping it heated and in a fluid state. Using advanced control over the metal, he is able to change the temperature of the metal, rapidly cooling and heating in several times in one fight. Doggath starts to lose control over its movement if it is cooled. Hence ice-based and water-based attacks and defences that can sufficiently cool down the molten metal prove very effective at disrupting the attacks.
- Spirit Blade Construction - Doggath can construct blade weapons, including daggers, swords, etc., out of spiritual energy. Due to the special properties spiritual energy possesses, it is not bound to limitations of other elements, making it very versatile. As it is part of the user, the life-force that composes the weapon can be manipulated/shaped to change the weapon's shape and attributes, adapting to the situation at hand. He can only have up to ten spirit blades summoned at once, though that number may change due to the size of blades. Ten long swords. Five great swords. thirty daggers, roughly. Additionally, should a blade be destroyed before it is dispelled, Doggath takes the damage himself since they are made from his life force.
- Portal Manipulation - Doggath can open a hole in the universe connecting two non-adjacent locations. The portals aren't perfect though. Once something goes through them, they have ten seconds before the portal becomes unstable. Should the portal collapse while someone is partway through, it easily bisects, leaving whatever was outside the portal behind, and the rest at the destination location. He can close portals prematurely is he wants.

He prefers to work in the shadows. Gathering allies and influence. Though not above using his demon form to crack a few skulls, he always tries to limit collateral damage, almost to a fault. He hides his intentions well. Never revealing his hand until it is too late.
Whether in the council chambers or on the battlefield, his tactics are often the same. He strengthens himself with allies, then attacks from multiple directions at once. Striking weak points. Allowing arguments and foes to fall with relative ease.
Bio: Doggath Tag'drumaath came from a good family. His father had trained the Founder of Ravinca. His mother was good friends with the Founder as well. When Doggath was born, he was taken to the City Hall, where he was introduced to the City Council. He was raised between the Founder and the Council. When he was old enough, he started shadowing the Founder. It was part of his training to be a Councillor. He had to understand what the Leader should be doing, so he can better help with the everyday running of the Territory. He ended up becoming friends with the Founder, who ended up seeing him as a son. That was until the Founder had his own Son. Then Doggath kind of fell by the wayside. Moved to learn more about the actual political workings of Haven and Ravinca. He still kept in touch with the Founder, but significantly less.
When the founder died, Doggath Tag'drumaath cut himself off from the Leader. He didn't believe the young demon was ready. Most of the council agreed and took a more covert approach to run the city. They let Raven have his fun. He was mostly harmless. Spending more time trying to unlock his clan ability than actually running the clan. The real trouble was the older brother Cron, but since the Council weren't directly threatening Raven or his rule, they weren't actually doing anything wrong.
So, Doggath kept his position on the council. Working with local authorities to keep Ravinca running smoothly.
