Giving up is the worst you can do. Improvibg your art isn't always a fun process, it involves moments of deep frustration, hours over hours of practice and studies on all kinds of things.
I gave drawing up for around 2 years, I know how that feels like.

Every great artist once was where you are now, keep that in mind.

I have been drawing for almost 5-10 years... and I'm nowhere near as good as you.. And I get frustrated... because I keep quitting.. and then I keep quitting because I get frustrated.. it's a giant vicious circle... that I really don't know how to stop...

You answered your own question. I don't want to sound rude but: You know what you are doing wrong, you are looking at the whole thing the wrong way and yet don't change it. If you want to achieve something you have to work for it, hard.
