Mud...Kip!
A small building that over looks the city that is attached to the main government building. There is a sleeping quarters for each member of The Checkered, an armory, kitchen, common room, gym, and strategy/meeting room. There is also a shooting range that is shared with the other smaller law enforcement out back.
