Which was the best Doctor in Doctor Who?

Let's face it, Doctor who has been around for a while folks. With its long stay on television though we have certainly seen some amazing things whether it be effects or cast members. I was bored at my desk when I wrote this thread with a simple question that came straight from my own geeky mind. Which is the best doctor? My personal opinion was the 12th doctor which was played by my favorite actor of all time, David Tennant. I was interested to hear your guys though so feel free to respond to the thread.

I liked the 11th doctor the most... mostly because I like the actor XD and I don’t know why I really liked his vibe XD. Admittedly I have only seen the series from the 10th-12th doctor. And some episodes from the 4th doctor. So. I haven’t seen all of them in action, but from the ones have seen I will say the 11th
