PERSONALITY AND HISTORY:
Personality: He's a bit antisocial and normally cares only about his training and bettering his skiils. He's selfish when it comes to getting in between him and his goals. He has atemper.
History: He comes from the North American Alliance, as a child he lost his mother due to sickness. Shortly after her death Takeshi Kyo was raised by his father and a few of his comrades. His dad was a strong magic wielder and a independent military leader. Years later Kyo joined his father to travel to the SAC for a search of some rare post war item which could be used for his research. During the search his father was attacked and murdered before his eyes. Forced to flee Kyo ran into a couple who sensed his magic energy and decided to Take him to a place which could show him to control it. The experiences caused him to unlock the Fullbody Flight spell and from there on Kyo focused on training his best to find his fathers killer and set peace in his mind since he feels responsible.

One is called depletion which is a volley of orbs which drain the enemies mana to weaken the power of spells. The other is called Replinish, which also absorbs energy around him to heal and enhance his movements. (It is not yet mastered so the effect is not yet fully effective.)
