I think they all work together pretty well. For the last one, apocalyptic force is 'the force that will bring an end to existence'. So someone with that can harness the forces that would destroy the world in physical combat.

For that first one, it seems so. And it mentions subatomic particles, so I think it also means the ability to change what chemical/element a thing is as well. Such a power would be really cool for some supersmart person. Or at least someone talented in chemistry stuff.
