Pretty much beastmen are more feral looking than satyrs are. If they are bird-human hybrids, then they have a bird's head and are covered in feathers. Goat-human hybrids? Goathead and covered in fur. There are pretty much those two. Goatmen and Birdmen that are put into the category of beastmen.

Name: Atlas
Race: Human
Age: 26
Gender: Male

Appearance: { https://s11.postimg.org/4geb2t1fn/Atlas.png } Being born from an extensive line of robust farmers, Atlas has a naturally broad build to him, standing at 5'10. He has fair skin framed onto his muscular form with light freckles concentrated along his cheeks and nose. Darkened hickory locks of hair befall him, kept slightly shorter on the sides and therefore given more length on the top, typically pushed leftwards. Thick eyebrows sit over a pair of steel blue eyes, two prominent scars lay across his refined nose upon the center of his face. He adorns himself with an ivory collared shirt which has relatively free flowing sleeves tucked into the leather bracers worn on his forearms and onto his hands are slightly darker fingerless gloves made from a different breed of leather. On top of so, there is a pine toned vest with an emerald belt upon his middle abdomen. His pants are umber in color and crafted from a durable fabric, his boots are somewhat lightweight, however, are sturdy as well as being made for long distances. A tawny satchel can be viewed on his hip, and an emerald cloak draped upon the entirety of his form. A carob strap that holds the back sheath which conceals an English Longsword sits upon the remaining shoulder, the sheath easy to access for Atlas due to it's position.

Personality: Initially, Atlas can come off somewhat closed, however, not so that he seems to lack a social grace. He appears to be cautious, over all, though it isn't an entirely long process for his shell to crack. After so, Atlas can be described as hospital, comical at times, and agreeable. He is a man of moral through and through, caring about his own liberties as well that of other's.

Backstory: Atlas hails from a rather decent-sized human settlement referred to as Lanshen, surrounded by the sizable woods of Crodoth. He was born to two cattle farmers, however, his mother passed shortly after his birth, leaving his father as well as his grandfather to care for him. As soon as he was able, Atlas was given chores and helped towards the general upkeep of the farm. His grandfather began taking Atlas into the forest on hunting trips when he was ten years of age, teaching him how to build the numerous types of snare traps from both cord and sinew in order to catch game, occasionally throwing in other tidbits (i.e. what berries he knew to be edible, the different species of trees, etc.); these journeys soon became something Atlas enjoyed immensely in his youth.

As he grew, Atlas's grandfather became a great friend to him in his adolescence, the elderly man had a large influence on who Atlas is presently. He began mentoring Atlas in swordsmanship after he'd found the boy gawking at his somewhat extensive assortment of the aforementioned weapon. Being the brawny teenager he was, Atlas didn't struggle in the wielding of the weapon, however, it did take time and practice to be able to efficiently swing as well as maneuver with it. It wasn't long from Atlas beginning to become moderate at swordsmanship, did he begin having the same occurring dream. He would be in a seemingly endless, tall field of grain, overcasted by an unnaturally fiery sky, the clouds akin to still explosions in the air. He begins to hear a voice calling to him, though, he always awoke before he could see who or what was calling to him. He discovered his ability to manipulate flames and fire after having this dream over the span of numerous months.

His father and grandfather could be considered quite baffled-- they knew the tales of the cult-esque group who practically ruined the world with magic. The men decided to tell Atlas of the fables, hoping to enlighten him as to why many may view his, ability, as negative. Atlas understood, or at least, he tried to. He wasn't shamed for using them, though, he could see the unease in his father's eyes when he did so.

Upon reaching the age of 23, Atlas made the decision to leave the farm as well as their tiny settlement. Initially his father heavily frowned upon the decision, though his grandfather admitted that he could've never seen Atlas continuing his life in the village. His going away gift from his grandfather, was the longsword that can be seen on his back presently. He left around a month after announcing it to his home, and has been a traveler ever since, applying the lessons of his grandfather for survival; hoping to perhaps find more for himself.

Social ranking: Farmer, Traveler.

I am sorry, guys. A slight complication came up that results in me not having time for GMing. Summer Holiday will end in three weeks, and soon after that starts my Finals so I have to study harder for the next five weeks or so. I am sorry for wasting your times like this.
