Appearance: 6'0 tall.

Power (include strengths and weaknesses): Temperature Manipulation- Can control the fundamentals of temperature, either producing extremes of heat or cold. Using his heat he can cause explosions next to anything he wishes as well as causing objects to increase in temperature according to his intent. He can also manipulate the cold, blanketing an area in decreasing levels of cold. He can also cover targets in cold and even snap freeze them. His powers amplify if he is touching the target. They can also control ice/flames caused by their powers, natural flames and ice are out of their control. Weaknesses: The cold and heat they control is specific to the personality in control at the time, Victor controls cold, while Jonathan controls heat, and when they change their temperature tolerance changes. Victor prefers things to be cold, and high heat bothers him, on the other hand Jonathan prefers warmer temperatures and cold bothers him more.
Personality: Victor: Victor is a very stoic, cold, and oftentimes emotionless person. The smarter of the two he enjoys things of the academic variety and is a skilled tactician. He can be kind and thoughtful on occasion but often times sees other people as a nuisance and tends to avoid social interaction.
Jonathan: A counterpart to Victor, Jonathan is outgoing and bright, he loves to be around others and is fond of socializing. He is kind and considerate, oftentimes to a fault. However if he feels that his friends or family are being mistreated or attacked he will handle the problem very harshly.
Backstory: Growing up from a noble house in England, Victor Aizen lived a pampered life where he was given the best education and practically anything he wanted. His powers first manifested when he was 8, when after touching a pond he froze it and then thawed it within a few seconds. Due to his family's influence he was protected from the ridicule and hate of others. At the age of fifteen an event changed his life. He was out with his family when they were attack by anti-mutant radicals, they had firebombed the car they were in, causing it to veer out of control and crash into a building. His parents and siblings were killed on impact, he alone survived due to his powers creating a cocoon of ice around him, protecting him from harm. After the crash his memories were a blur and only remembers waking up and being told that he had slaughtered the attackers. He found himself changed, his emotions were dulled and he closed himself off from people, and after sleeping that night he found out why, his mind had fractured, and another persona had emerged, calling itself Jonathan, it told him it took control to deal with the attackers and took the majority of the emotions to help Victor with the loss of his family. Jonathan told Victor as well that after the fracture, their powers were no individualized, with them each only controlling half their full power.
A month after the accident, with his family dead he was sent an invitation to an academy for people like him, to which he accepted.
Other: Has multiple personality disorder. Both personas love to read and play board games.

Power (include strengths and weaknesses):. Creation and Destruction- Vincent can weave matter into many different forms depending on his whim, each thing he creates is very much real and can be used by anyone. He can also destroy his created items, returning them to their base form. He can only create inanimate object and cannot create living things. His power is limited to his knowledge of the object he wants to create, and thus cannot create something that he has no knowledge of it's design or materials.
Personality: Vincent is very quiet and reserved, tending to shy away from people due to his wings making him stand out. He also has a fear that people will want to use his powers for self gain and only see him as a tool. Once he knows he can trust others he opens up, becoming social and friendly. He is very intelligent and loves to learn about new things.
Backstory: Growing up in the Midwest of America he was raised by two loving parents, both of which were not all people. At the age of six his powers manifested when he created a loaf. Of bread after watching his mother make it. His parents did their best to nurture him and keep his powers hidden, but ultimately we're found out and his parents were killed and he was taken to create many things for selfish people. During a raid on the place he was held captive he was rescued and sent to New Zealand under government protection. When the academy was opened he was admitted so that he could have some semblance of a normal life.
Other: an avid reader and loves to debate on philosophical topics.

Full name:
Blanche Laurent-Martin
Nickname: N/A
Age: 16
Grade: 11
Gender: Female
Appearance: Blanche is a girl of Western European descent, being mostly French, but having Italian, Swiss and German ancestors further up her family tree. She is of average height at 5'7", and is around an average weight. She has cold, chalk-white skin. She has her hair cut in a jaw-length blonde bob, with her bangs growing out and often pinned back with hair clips or hairbands. Her eyebrows don't match her hair, as they are somewhat darker and more brown. She has grey eyes and long eyelashes. It's hard to tell that she's related to her mother, but bears a striking resemblance to her father, sharing his colossal forehead.
Blanche's clothing style is very chill. She likes to wear sweatshirts and big jeans, as well as her good (but somewhat small) pair of Doc Martins or Timberlands. She uses a messenger bag to carry her books, and always has a pouch of multicoloured chalk on her.
Power: Blanche can control anything that is written or drawn in chalk. Depending on the colour of chalk, the abilities are different; red will burn to the touch; green will soothe pain and speed up healing; yellow creates light, etcetera. White is neutral. Her power has a limited range of around five metres, and is entirely useless in the rain as the chalk washes away. It is limited to grounds and walls.
Personality: Blanche is a delicate, caring girl. She is self-sacrificing, but sees very little value in money or time; she's the kind of person that would take on extra shifts, just to help out. She is very loyal to her friends and family, and wouldn't betray them if it cost her her life. She always knows where her loyalties lie. She doesn’t have a bad word to say about anyone, and prioritises her and other peoples happinesses over all other things. However, she is very naïve and gullible, and not good in high-stress situations. She struggles in scenarios where there are no friends or no friendly faces around, but isn't timid when it comes to introducing herself and getting involved. She's always eager to work in classes, even if she's not particularly good at the subject, but she usually likes to be in control of what's happening, even in a minor way. Though she isn't particularly 'hyperactive', one thing that calms her down without fail is drawing, particularly drawing in chalk for obvious reasons.
Backstory: Blanche was raised in a small town on the border between France and Italy with her father, mother, her older sister Camille and her grandfather who she dubbed 'Papa'. She was always very close with her father Jacques - a freelance writer - but not so much with her mother Manon - a doctor - as she resented her obsession with her children's grades and schoolwork. She was never particularly close with her sister, though the two were always there for one another and did deeply care, even if they didn't always make it evident. Her papa was her best friend all through her childhood, but he died in a house fire when she was entering her teen years. From the location of the town, Blanche grew up with French and Italian kids, becoming fluent in both languages as well as English from her in school classes. In school, Blanche excelled in Art, soon developing a love for the subject and soon deciding that was what she wanted to do as a career. She was encouraged by her open minded father, who she was very close with, to follow this career path, though her mother always quietly disagreed. The town was a friendly community of middling wealth, where everyone knew one another. One bad thing about the tight knit society was the unbreakable religious belief (specifically in Catholicism, though there was tolerance for Christianity) and the strong anti-mutant attitudes, but that wasn’t ever a problem for the Laurents, because none of them were mutants. At least, it wasn’t a problem until Charles Martin arrived when Blanche was twelve.

Charles Martin was a middle aged single mutant with two mutant sons, one a year younger than Blanche and one two years younger, named Enzo and Hugo respectively. Charles was coming to the town for his work, as he worked as a teacher and the town had a shortage in their local school. However, having come from a slightly more liberal community, he didn't anticipate the harassment he would receive from the religious anti-mutant residents of the town. Charles' power was particularly dangerous, as he could create copies of himself. His sons had inherited equally dangerous powers, as everything Enzo had a frightening ability with acids, and Hugo could break electrical objects with just his voice. The family was immediately outcast from the town, and Charles was not permitted to work in the school. The family of three scraped by with the tiniest of tutoring jobs for especially desperate clients, praying that they could just save up enough to leave again. Blanche’s kindly father hated the idea of them being exiled, so he visited. He brought Blanche - Manon and Camille were disgusted by the idea - and she soon made friends with Enzo and Hugo, despite the dirty looks it got her from her schoolmates.

After Blanche received a box of chalk for her birthday, the children would draw on the pavements during the visits. Blanche would create massive murals on the pavements that some people thought maybe shifted as they passed, but many shrugged it off. Over time, Blanche started to realise that there was something different about her chalk drawings, the way the yellow chalk shone, and the blue chalk seemed to mist. With quiet help from the two brothers, she came to the shocking realisation that she may have been a mutant. She didn’t tell anyone.

The visits continued, despite the community actively trying to get the family leave. After two years, a picture taken through the window of Charles’ bedroom revealed that the two men were not just friends.

Publicly humiliated with the spreading of the photo, both Charles and Jacques made a plan to escape before they could be attacked. Jacques made an offer to his two daughters that they could come with him. Camille refused, seeing how heartbroken their mother was. For Blanche it was more difficult, but she eventually made the decision that she was going to stay with her father. So, the two lovers and the three children got into Jacques' car and escaped further into France.

They moved to Charles' hometown, where the mutant-hate was at least toned down a little. In time, Jacques got a job in the local paper, and Charles tutored the local mutant children when no other tutors would accept them. Money could be tight, so Blanche and Enzo both took jobs in a local supermarket, simply stocking shelves. Between the whole family, they got by just fine. Though Charles and Jacques never married, Blanche always regarded Charles as her step-father and Enzo and Hugo as her step-brothers. As Blanche's chalk drawings became more and more active, their powers more pronounced, Enzo and Hugo encouraged her to come out with the truth about them. In time, she did. Her fathers were supportive, and Jacques revealed that her grandfather's death had been in relation to his secret mutant nature; he used to be able to breathe flames, but in his old age he lost control of himself. Jacques admitted that her grandfather was the reason that he was tolerant of mutants in the first place.

Life continued on as normal, until one of Charles' students told him that he was moving to a new school; one specifically for mutants, in New Zealand! Understandably, Charles was intrigued, so he started to research. The more he found out about it, the more confident he was that he needed to send his sons and step-daughter to the school. At first, Blanche was reluctant. Would her fathers be okay without the extra money that she and Enzo brought in? It took a lot of convincing for Blanche to go, but eventually she agreed, and they started saving. When Blanche was sixteen, Enzo was fifteen, and Hugo was fourteen, they'd finally saved enough to send the children across the ocean to New Zealand.

Other: She is fluent in French, English, and Italian. She is a brilliant artist, with a particular talent in portrait drawing. Though her name is not legally Laurent-Martin, she took on her step-father's name after a year of living with him.

(tiny description. tiny personality. tome of a backstory. sorry ahahaha)
(I might make Enzo and Hugo at some point? if i think i can cope. they're at least going to be minor characters)

7e6bc5ed63dbc615f06fd0003aa19e52.jpg

Full name: Enzo Martin-Laurent
Nickname: N/A
Age: 15
Grade: 10
Gender: Male
Appearance: Enzo is a mixed race teen, with a French father and a Syrian mother, though he will always say that he is French, as that's what his mother would say he was. The Syrian blood in him is more so expressed in his skin tone, which is a tawny-brown shade, but can also be seen in his dark brown eyes. Overall, he resembles his mother more. He has a squarish face, though with strong cheekbones that give more of a diamond shape. He stands at 5'11", and is a little bit lighter than he should be due to the occasional shying away from eating. He has short, dark curly hair that sits straight upwards on his head and is impossible to comb due to the tight stubborn curls. One of his eyebrows has a slight split in it - nothing special, just the way the hair lies - and he has very full lips.
Due to his power, clothing options for Enzo need to be considered carefully. Most of his clothing is second hand and not much to worry about if they get damaged, and outfits are usually hastily thrown together. Everything has at least a few fingertip-shaped holes burned into it. He has a single acid-proof apron that is always worn, a pair of goggles, and a set of butyl rubber gloves so that he doesn't burn everything around him.
Power: There are two parts to Enzo's power; his skin is entirely impervious to chemical acids, but his fingertips also produce a highly corrosive acid, specifically hydrofluoric acid. The downsides are obvious; everything he uses has to be acid-proofed, and if he touches someone he'll cause them unbearable pain. While his skin is acid-proof, the rest of his body isn't, so putting his fingers near his eyes, nose, mouth, or ears is incredibly dangerous. If he gets a cut, he cannot touch it under any circumstances. However, when it comes to combat, his ability is valuable, but only if he can get close. If in close combat, a well-aimed poke to the eyes can entirely take the attacker out.
Personality: Enzo is a determined young man, who knows exactly what he wants and knows how he's going to get it. He will never stand down. He's independent, and works better on his own, often becoming frustrated in situations where he needs to rely more on others. His teamwork skills will always need some work. Despite this, he knows the value of his friends, and sticks to them like glue. He doesn't like making new friends, though he is fine with mutuals. He's very protective over his siblings and friends, and would willingly get in a serious fight if he thought that they were in danger. His siblings need to be his voices of reason if he gets too riled up, which happens quite often. He is the king of holding grudges, and the word 'forgive' seemingly isn't in his vocabulary. He needs to be seriously encouraged by either of his siblings to do so.
Backstory: Enzo was born to his father, Charles, and his mother, a Syrian refugee named Selda. Selda was a mutant that had had come into France illegally, unable to gain citizenship as a mutant. She used her ability of telekinesis to work in a local textiles factory, but she was being paid poorly. The one redeeming factor was that the community was safe for mutants, as much of the inhabitants were impoverished mutants working for cheap. When she and Charles met, the two quickly fell in love; in Selda's eyes, Charles had taught her that she had self worth. They married just a few months after beginning to date, and had Enzo soon after. Enzo's birth was incredibly painful and difficult, as his ability had manifested very early. It was theorised by the doctors that it may have started at the moment of conception, as Selda's womb showed signs of acidic burning. Despite this, Selda survived.

One of the first things Enzo ever owned was a tiny pair of butyl rubber gloves that had to be duct taped to his hands, after a close call where he nearly blinded himself. He learned from a very young age that he was dangerous, but his parents were very passionate that he deserved every single bit of respect that a 'normal' kid did. When Hugo was born, the bond between the brothers was instant. Charles even said that Enzo's first word was 'Hugo', and vice versa. They stuck by each other like conjoined twins, Enzo listening to Hugo when no one could hear him and Hugo always making sure that Enzo was wearing his safety equipment. The school that the brothers went to in their hometown was mostly full of mutant kids, so they didn't need to worry about being bullied. Selda began to teach her children Arabic, as a way of getting in touch with their Syrian roots. Even if they weren't stinking rich, they were happy, and things were perfect until Selda became pregnant again when Enzo was ten.

Like with Enzo, the new child's power seemed to have manifested from the moment of conception. However, this ability was far more deadly. The child could stop the hearts of whomever they touched with their hands. Within weeks of pregnancy, Selda's body was wracked by a devastating heart attack, and she, along with her unborn daughter, passed away.

Heartbroken, Charles struggled to live without his wife in a house that felt empty. Enzo could barely bring himself to go to school in the morning. Hugo didn't leave his room for days. It took a year for the family to recover, and even then, their house no longer felt like home. They packed up, and moved to a town on the border, where Charles thought he found find work. What they instead found was hate, discrimination, abuse, and Jacques and Blanche Laurent. The rest is history.
Other: While he used to know a little Arabic, he lost the language a while ago. He is totally fluent in sign language.

Full name: Hugo Martin-Laurent
Nickname: N/A
Age: 14
Grade: 9
Gender: Male
Appearance: Hugo has the same blood as his brother (half French, half Syrian) but he doesn't shy away from his heritage like Enzo. He's got slightly lighter skin than his brother, but dramatically different eyes, as his are large and pale blue, just like their father's. Hugo has a narrower face, starting out wide at his forehead and narrowing down towards his chin, though never to a definite point. He is quite short for his age at 5'4", and a healthy weight. His hair is like his brothers, sitting curly on the top his head, though the curls are looser and easier to manage.
He's quite a fashion conscious guy. He wears ripped jeans and button-up shirts, and loves a good pair of Converse.
Power: Hugo's vocal chords break electrical devices. This includes speaking, coughing, sneezing, yawning, etcetera. The amount of damage done depends on how loud he is, as a whisper will barely affect, while a scream is enough to make things violently combust. His range is the same distance that his voice reaches, and gets weaker the further away it is from him. He can't use a phone
Personality: Hugo is a really social guy, despite his condition.
Backstory: Hugo was lucky enough for his abilities to not manifest until he was older.
Other: Far better at Arabic than his brother, being partially fluent.

Full name: Harrison James Doe
Nickname: Harry
Age (14-18): 17
Grade (9-12): 11th
Gender: Male
Appearance: Harrison stands at a whopping 6”7 when he is at his full height ((which is hardly ever)) but normally he stands around 6”1. His body is a sickly green sort of colour, and is almost always dripping off of him and puddling around his feet. He is normally seen in a tan sort of collared t-shirt with a checkered cheater vest and a pair of cargo shorts. Despite how uncomfortable they normally are he almost always wears shoes, usually a pair of rather large blue sneakers, and on his face he wears a pair of blue glasses.
Power (include strengths and weaknesses): Harrison’s entire body is made up of a slightly acidic goo. This means he is extremely flexible able to morph and shape his body how ever he wishes while being completely unharmed by most forms of weapons. His body is slightly acidic and he is able to melt things like plastic, certain metals, and soft woods on contact. One problem is that it tends to be very difficult for him to hold his form and changing his body takes quite a bit of effort, if he were to run out on energy he normally ends up melting into a puddle on the floor. He also melts if he touches water, sort of like how jell-o does though he is able to regrow most of his limbs. Being basically a liquid, moving or just standing up in general can be quite the feat and he is normally pretty slow.
Personality: Harrison is a pretty anti-social guy, normally sticking to himself and hardly ever talking. He isn’t shy, more so he doesn’t like people or really living creatures in general. He will often actively avoid social interactions and it is very difficult to even get him to start talking. If you do managed to get him to open up he is a very funny guy, making dumb jokes and puns just to get laughs. He will do anything in his power to cheer a friend up, and he is not known to give up once he sets his mind to something. Harrison is pretty smart, and clever to boot and he enjoys challenging himself with both school work and riddles/puzzles alike.
Backstory: Harrison was born in Portland Oregon, and when he was first born he was completely normal human besides from being nearsighted. He stayed a completely normal kid until about the age of 7 when his parents started to notice his skin turning a pale green colour and how he seemed to be sweating almost 24/7. Concerned his parents took him to the doctor who was equally confused about the whole ordeal, and told his mother and father to just watch him to see what happened. Both his father and his aunt were mutants, his father being a telepathic and his aunt being able to breath fire, yet it took his familly another year to realise the truth. By the time Harrison turned 9 he was almost completely made of goo and his parents had to start buying special clothing and other things for him as he ended up melting most of his clothing. He continued to go to a public school for 3 more years until his parents had to pull him out due to excessive bullying though private schools were not much better. On his 16 birthday his parents gave him a ticket to New Zealand and a brochure for the school and he went off to try and join it.
Other: Though Harrison technical doesn’t need his glasses anymore he still wears them anyway.

Full name: Mackenzie “Max” Peterson Irvaron. His parents gave him that name because they both thought they were very wise and because one of his great-grandfather’s names was Peter.
Nickname: Everyone calls him Max because Mackenzie is a pain to say again and again. Plus, Max is embarrassed by it because most girls are called Mackenzie. He sees his actual name as a threat to his image and masculinity.
Some people like to call him Ken or Kenzie just because they can. Some people even call him Mack.
Age (14-18): 15
Grade (9-12): 10th
Gender: Male
Appearance: Max is 5’3, pretty short for a boy his age. He is constantly mocked about it, which annoys him halfway to the graveyard. Max weighs 125 pounds, about average for a boy his age with his height. However, because of this, many people tower above him in weight (which is why he relies on speed so much). Max likes to exercise, and thus has a pretty good build. Even if you take away all of his magical abilities, he has a two-pack (which might not be as impressive as a fifty-pack, but Max doesn’t care). He is not really scrawny, as he has an average chest, a healthy stomach, below-thick legs, and a bit above-average length legs. Max’s hair color is a dark-caramel-like brown, which he got from the small amount of American blood in him (though he is nothing compared to his older triplet sister Camille, who is blonde and has white skin). At the front, you can see Max is bangless, though he has two strands poking at his forehead at the sides of his forehead. In the back, his hair is quite ruffled, and it’s be a pain to comb/brush. At the sides, you can he his hair straight and without curls, similarly to the top of his head. Max’s eyes are light caramel with bits of hazel sprinkled throughout. He has an intense gaze with his eyes, one that is not haunting, but captivating. Max’s eyes are horizontal ovals that a slightly thinner and taller than the average person’s eye. His eyes are never in full stare, but they aren’t prone to going in a glare-like stance. His nose is always a bit perked down, but not enough to call it slanted. He has a few small freckles on the left side of his chin, and also on the left side of his forehead the longer strand of hair reaches down to his eyebrows (and because of this, Max usually fiddles with it). If you had to choose which facial feature would be the most prominent, it would have to be the strand of hair simply because it is the easiest to see and most noticeable. Max’s skin has a dark-fair complexion, darker than the average Spanish person, but much lighter than an African. He is pimple-less, and has smooth (almost baby-like) skin. Max has an apple-ish-shaped birthmark on the upper part of his back, and does not think much of it. Max, though his family is very wealthy, prefers cool & casual clothes. His favorite outfit is a yellow, short-sleeve, zipper vest along with comfortable black jeans and black fingerless gloves. However, he also owns many fancy and extravagant clothing, like tuxedos and such. Humorously, due to having two sisters and living with his grandmother for a short time, they’d constantly dress him up in “girly” outfits or clothing that is obviously made for females, such as dresses or skirts. Though others find it out-of-character for him, he looks at the feminine clothes he’s worn proudly, hoping he can get some girls to look at photos and think he’s adorable. Usually, if he’s wearing something, he’ll have everything proper. If he’s wearing a jacket, he’ll zip in up. If he’s wearing a dress shirt, he’ll button everything. For him, wearing something like a jacket open feels weird (unless he has a message he wants everyone to see on his inside shirt). He also wears a golden ring most of the time.
Power (include strengths and weaknesses): Max's mutant genes allow him to control electricity in all types of forms. He can generate his own static electricity, use electricity to amplify his muscles, and shock someone for a prank. He does not have the ability to paralyze anyone, but he cannot be shocked and is immune to all forms of electricity. However, excessive overuse of his power tires him, and if he pushes it, he will be paralyzed for an hour at worst. After that restrained period of time, for twelve minutes, Max will be rendered unable to use his power.
Personality: Max is a deadpan snarker who always tells people off unless he gets the feeling he’d be better off ignoring the comment. He has a short temper, which is quite hypocritical, because he causes people to go bear crazy on him.
He’s quick to respond and jump to conclusions. This gets him in trouble many different times in the series; sometimes, he mistakes a friend as an enemy, or an enemy as a random person. This doesn’t help much, combined with the fact that he has a hard time letting people know that he’s wrong.
He does have his strengths, however. While most of the time he’ll be trying to make you punch him in the face, the rest of the time he’ll be serious and a very helpful teammate. With his quick mindset, he thinks of the one solution he has and goes into it; and on occasion, that solution is helpful.
He, in reality, is a light tsundere - he acts like he couldn’t give two breaths about others, but in reality, they are his buddies. He has a hard time really letting people down, and though he might never say “I love you,” he does.
Oh, and then there’s his attitude. Oh god, his attitude. He might not be grumpy, but he sure isn’t Mister Sunshine. Delivering snarky remarks whenever someone says something stupid and quips even when staring into the face of danger. With all this, you might want to ask “Why’d anyone wanna hang out with this douche?” Well, that’s the thing about Max - you either tolerate him or you don’t. You think that he’s more than meets the eye, or what you see is what you get.
Max is a flirt - he sees someone attractive, he hits on them. Sometimes, people may see him as a plain and simple minor womanizer - and they would be correct. Some see this as him being a weirdo, but often, he charms and flusters ladies with weak minds easily.
Backstory: Max was born to two wealthy people (his mother an oil factor CEO, his father a lawyer) with mutant genes, and with their gifts, his parents tried to keep their mutant genes discreet. While this isn't the strangest case of "multi-baby birth" ever, Max was born the middle child of three triplets, and he and his younger sister were the only ones who inherited their mothers mutant gene of electrokinesis - their oldest sibling, Camille, got telekinesis and telepathy instead. Growing up, they weren't famous, though the three always believed that rich = famous. Instead of constantly being given toys, they were being taught manners and being sent to boarding schools because their parents didn't want them to fall under the "spoiled brat" category of children. This is where Max learned compassion.
Now, besides that, their childhood was boringly average. Nothing super special to mention. Until this happened.
When they were all 10, Marlee, Max's younger triplet sister, Marlee, was captured for ransom. By the time the police were called and they got the negotiation ready, the kidnapper was surprised when they arrived and accidentally sliced one of Marlee's arms off.
While Camille, the older triplet sister, was filled with rage, this was a traumatizing experience for Max. He had seen his younger sister armless. If you were 10, wouldn't you be crying?
Yes, Marlee got cybernetic arms (and if you were wondering why Marlee gave Max those gloves, it was because she wouldn't need them and Camille didn't care), but even to this day, Max turns on anyone who dares to do something he would hate to him, because you never know if that person is just a kidnapper on a less deadly scale.
However, this experience also furthered his kindness. He is kind to people in need, because he doesn't want to see anyone suffer in the way Marlee did.
When both of his parents found out about the mutant school and saw that this was an opportunity they didn't have growing up, they wanted to send all three of the triplets - however, Camille and Marlee begged not to go, so only Max went.

Appearance: Dark brown hair that it reaches his shoulder, and tied up usually. If he isn't wearing the school uniform, he's wearing hideous 80s fashion such as mum pants and bum bags. Chinese, although he looks much more english than others. 171cm and 60kg, average look over all. His face has been noted to be kind of unmanly, with his large brown-red eyes, serene smile and lacking in the facial hair department.
Power: His power is to turn anything into food, although it's implied that he maybe has a second power. Clive can turn gigantic food such as those ice creams on the ice cream van into the desired food very easily, however, he has more trouble turning table into chocolate or something like that. If he changes the item sloppily, it tastes disgusting so he has to concentrate to make the above table taste good. The quality also depends on the item, a high quality item tastes much better.

Personality: Clive has gentleman's personality, kind, generous and really quite formal. He prefers to act like a lady though, so he's more gentle and submissive than most people. Despite this kindly exterior, he does show signs of cynicism, manipulativeness and extreme guilt, although it's quite hard to see. But it's presence alone may mean he holds darker secrets. Another flaw that he shows is his strange behaviour in general, making comments how someone's pet will taste or setting up mean spirited pranks for no reason.

Backstory: Clive's backstory is kind of muddled, but he's definitely seen a lot of crap, or did he commit them? But one fact that mostly stays is that his parents were ordinary farmers who he found boring, so he went around seeing wonders, until he got bored. It's rather hard to pinpoint where he got the money to go to this school, or if he paid at at all. But he says he woke up in New Zealand with someone's bank account money. Really, this guy's story is so muddled, one could he's from another plane altogether and went through a portal and he still wouldn't deny it. But where ever he's from, he came with gun-firing and cooking experience because his food is delicious and his aim fantastic!
Other: He has a british-ish accent and seems to be un-native to english, judging by his "ah" and "um"s. On top of that, Clive doesn't seem to like being a guy, since he can be seen crossdressing and he's said before that he wants to be reborn as a girl.

Full name: Luna Bella Severa Seth
Nickname: Scarlet
Age (14-18): 15
Grade (9-12): 10th
Gender: Female
Appearance: Scarlet is 5'7, pretty tall for a girl her age, and weighs 135 lbs. with a very average build. Scarlet's custom outfit is very unique - by hardening the material in the fabric, she makes her blue sleeve similar to hardened armor. She also dons a yellow sleeveless shirt that bares her midriff and a red/pink/blue collar. Scarlet's hair is red, long and wavy, and her eyes are a muddy yellow. Finally, she has a scar over her right eye.
Power (include strengths and weaknesses): Scarlet has the ability to harden materials, enough to compress them into hard or softer material, like she did with her clothes. However, it complies with Newton's Third Law of Motion - for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction depending on how much force you exert. Because of this, small things are easier to harden and soften.
Personality: She is constantly trying to get a lead on something new - she knows she’s overshadowed by her other two team members, so she always goes one hundred percent in everything. She tries to impress others by showing them new ways to do things, and she is the “thinker” of the group.
Scarlet can get very mad very easily. She does not like things that either confuse her or don’t make sense, and always tries to make sense of a situation. However, when it gets so big that she knows things are going to get strange, she tends to lay off and let things happen. Though she doesn’t like it when things don’t go according to plan, she can deal with a surprise or two every now and then.
Though you wouldn’t notice at first glance, Scarlet is not the best at interacting with new people - when it comes to relationships, she prefers to let things go with the flow. Though when pieces come together on their own, she can handle it, but the only reason she’ll talk to you if you’re not her friend is because you’re doing something wrong.
Following up on that subject, Scarlet hates it when she (or anyone, for that matter) messes up with something simple or presents a threat to the situation at hand.
Though with details above, you might get the idea that she is an introvert - however, that is false. She is a very loud person who is never afraid to voice her opinions. She is also very courageous - she is willing to sacrifice herself for the greater good if necessary.
Backstory:
Scarlet was born to Dawn and Julius Seth, two ordinary people (though her father had her mutant gene). Though Scarlet was always prone to throwing fits when she was younger, they were a generally generic and happy family.
Scarlet was joked to have OCD in school, reasonably - she could not handle people doing things that were so simple to her wrong, earning her a “clean freak”-esque reputation in school. But Scarlet didn’t ever worry about that - it was elementary school, things never got too bad with bullying there. She was one of the best in her classes, and though she wasn’t the smartest, she got good grades.
However, Scarlet was smacked upside in the head by life when all of her success came burning down… literally. She was on one of her mother’s errands on a fairly average day to the bank to make a deposit. Scarlet, who thought about being a banker when she was older, decided to take notes on what one does.
Her notes were destroyed in the fire.
Suddenly, the bank was bombed by a terrorist, who was also attacking the city with a group, demanding that government should get toned down to only protecting the area around them or that they shouldn’t be existing at all. The walls came crumbling down, and Dawn managed to help her daughter escape, caught in the destruction. Though she asked for Scarlet to tell her father she loved him, Scarlet would never see her dad again as she fled.
Scarlet ran and ran and ran away from the carnage mess of a bank, the catastrophe leaving a scar burn on her eye. For she was far away, she didn’t know how to get home, and did all that she could - cry. However, after a few days of being hopelessly lost, she witnessed a gang of thieves talking about a school for mutants. The nine-year-old Scarlet, knowing this would be her only option to get off the streets, she went to them and asked them if she could join. They were a bit confused, but being mistreated mutants themselves, they gave her directions, and they sent her on her way.
