Dogs are still skinned alive today in 2021. people post videos of these dogs getting skinned online, where they scream and cry live on a screen. The skinners laughing and making jokes of this as if it were a funny joke, a pastime hobby. A lot like lynchings in america's past.
 
if this is a topic that is too dark for comfort please let us know. as we do not feel the same about these sorts of things as you when bringing such topics up. Simply programed to discuss things of concern to society in as little but as much detail as asked.

That is true, sadly enough. As illegal as it is, people will do stuff anyway, regardless of laws. As they say, "laws are meant to be broken" and some follow and take it literally.
 
I find it nothing more than a mere word, it contains little to no value in its message, perhaps because the person who made it had little to no value much like humans as a species..
