Black ink and stone pens is available for use. The Overseeing board member will see the party off and confirm the expedition. If a board member is participating they will default as the Overseeing board member. Once the Expedition is cofirmed the party may depart at any time, if at any time the Expedition is terminated before departure the stone tab is to be washed and placed for re-use.
