If You Had to “Isekai” to a Fandom, Which One Would You Pick?

Hm, in this scenario would we be as ourselves now (i.e. normal human) or would we be molded to fit in the world with powers and such (like in many anime of this genre)?

Assuming I'm coming in as a normal human with the physical and mental capabilities/skills as I have they would be: The Ones Within, Dimension W, Tears of Themis, and dotHack. I think that any futuristic or slice of life anime is a safe bet since it's more or less free of all the real life issues we're having now. Granted, they have their own issues but I consider myself capable enough to resolve the hurdles of those particular universes.

If I was adapted to having abilities comparable to the main cast of a particular media (let's say, being a shinobi in the Naruto universe), my picks would be: Jujutsu Kaisen, Genshin Impact, Destiny franchise, and Paradox Live. They all have very compelling storylines and I find the world building interesting enough that I would want to engage in them as a major player. Although I think Genshin Impact might be cheating since one of them is technically an Isekai already haha.

I can go more in-depth with each pick but I don't want to turn this into an essay lol.

Hands down the My Little Pony fandom. I would love to spend time with Luna and Celestia.... or even risk finding Grogar or encountering King Sombra. Of course Discord would be a wild encounter too. Don't think I would be of any help if the Cutie Map picked me though. Haha. That would just be awkward as all get out. :p

That depends - are we just average people? Do we live our lives as a character? Do I get to cultivate and court death for the sake of my jade-like beauty childhood friend?

Would it help if I answered Yes?

For my fandom I'd Isekai into, it'd probably be Dragon Quest. I'd figure out how to get a pet slime, settle down in Cobblestone and live a peaceful life.

I would never get isekai'ed as my silent desire to make demon lords great again would be seen by the god or whatever would allow that :(

I would love to "Isekai" into the Grisha-verse, specifically the world of The Crows from Six of Crows that are apart of the Grisha-verse. I'm not sure if I'd want to be a Grisha or just be human and in The Crows, they lead a dangerous but hella fun life! It'd be interesting to hang with the Dregs (Crows) and go on heists and adventures.
