As Kian pointed out, the help desk is a great place to hit up if you need any general assistance. We have a pretty in depth guide there into a lot of the site features and common questions.

You can also feel free to make use of this introduction thread if you have any questions. Our Warden team is pretty on the ball with watching the introduction forum for people in need of guidance. In the meanwhile I encourage you to swing on through our other community forums and get to know some of our other writers here. Approval process is generally pretty quick like once people make the effort to engage the rest of the community a bit.
