Never Growing Up Characters

So I've been craving some kind of peter pan esc. rp. I don't have too much of a plot idea but basically there is a group of kids in the streets of either New York or London (not sure which) called the Neverlanders. Basically the group are kids who've been abandoned by their parents and have now formed a group in the middle of town. Whether or not they actually don't grow up will be up to us but I imagine they'll face some persecution by the town.

Time period is mid 1800s.

Alright so if your here than you have already read the prompt and are interested in this rp. Idk why I said it is Peter Pan esc thats just what I'm craving but we'll decide the similarities later for now character sheets.

By now you should know that they are kids who don't have parents on the streets of either London or New York (I'm leaning toward London) in the mid 1800s. So heres the roles then the character sheet-

Name-
Lucy Manes
Age- 16
Role- Leader
Bio- Lucy had gotten used to taking care of herself before she formed the little group that she now takes care of. Since she has been on the streets most of her life as her group gathered more people and gained structure it only made sense that she was the one who should take up the 'official title' of leader. She finds it hard to trust most anyone, not even really trusting the entire group with the exception of her second in command.
REally short but eh
How Was She Orphaned-
Her father died of illness and after that her mother abandoned her.

A short girl standing at 4'10" with a somewhat tanned complexion and a lithe and slim body. Has dirty blonde hair and high cheekbones, her face surprisingly defined for her age. Her eyes are blue-green.

Name- Carling Jenner
Age- Isn't completely sure of her age, but she's highly certain that she's either 11 or recently turned 12.
Role- Thief
Bio- After Carling was orphaned, she was sent to an orphanage. She escaped when she was 6, and has had many near-death situations. She learned to completely take care of herself by the time she recently turned 9. She's completely independent and is the lone wolf of the group. Although she's the thief, the majority of what she steals goes to her. She hates having a leader and tends to do her own thing. Surviving on her own since such a young age earned her a lot of skills, her strongest being stealing (of course), spying (it goes hand and hand), and fighting, since she had to defend herself in a lot of situations.
How'd You Be Orphaned- Her father died when a drunk driver crashed into him when Carling was under a month old. Her mother abused her and her two older sisters who she forgot about since she was so young. When she was 2, almost 3, her oldest sister, Rana, revealed their mother's crimes and she was sent to prison. It is believed that she died when Carling was 4.

Age- 12 years
Role- Lookout​
Bio- Frank, nicknamed "Wolf", was brought to London with his parents to escape the stressful life of Germany and live in peace in Great Britain. His older brother of 18 died from Scarlet Fever, and his father died during the Napoleonic Wars, which left him with his mother. His mother, in short, did nothing but sit in a rocking chair and starve. Frank, on the verge of starvation and dehydration, left his home and eventually came upon the group of kids who never aged.
How'd You Be Orphaned- Left his home by his own will.​
  • Is fluent in German, and knows either very small or very broken phrases in English.

Theodore is rather free in spirit. From a young age, the boy would look at the world in wonder;
an over - active imagination often getting in the way of the more realistic consequences to his
actions. Sharp as a whip, Theodore could easily awe others. But, Theo wanted to know too much
sometimes - asked too many questions, or let his curiosity lead him into dangerous situations. His
love for learning caused him to gain a basic understanding of Latin and German.

For the most part of his childhood, it was just him and his mother - his father no where to be
found. That all changed when she passed away when he was 8. Now, his energetic and
charismatic nature comes in hand as he roams the street with his best friend at his side.
As second in command, Theo balances out Lucy's rather distrustful nature.

Name: Peter Smallwood

Age: 14

Role: Intelligence

Bio: Born the illegitimate son of a washerwoman. He does not know who his father is. Perhaps the greatest sin was that while he was illegitimate his mother was shamefully poor. Peter was always a quiet child and easily overlooked. The skill of becoming simply one more hungry little face was easily learned. Despite his quiet demeanor and small size he is a valiant little fighter when need be.

How'd you be orphaned: One night his mother did not return. Peter waited for nearly a week before the landlord realized that he was now alone. To avoid being put in the orphanage he fled the little shack that his mother had rented. With no family to turn to and nowhere to go, Peter took to the streets.

Name- Samantha (Sam) Hopkins
Age- 16
Role- Runner/ Spy
She is really fast and agile so she's really good at spying on people. The runner part is that she can travle and retrieve things really quickly and is also great at bating in people.

Bio-
Sam had one point in her life been a good child. She had straight A's, did what she was told, and was the shinning star of her school, well at least during elementary school. However things happen behind the scenes that the teachers and students did know. He mother left her when she was nine leaving her with her father. He pushed Sam to her breaking point to study and make good grades. He would hurt her every time she did something wrong. One of the teachers finally realized what was going on and had her father arrested.

How'd You Be Orphaned- Sam mother left her and her father was arrested for abuse and other felonies. Since then she has been kicked out of multiple orphanages for her rebel like behavior. She now lives her life on the streets.

Other Info: Sam once became part of a gang for a year which was where she learned a few fighting skills and knife combat. She doesn't trust easily and doesn't like following orders well.
