Species Name: Gore Fall Caps.
Body type: Bio-luminescent Fungi
Diet: Aggressive decomposer.
Habitat: Cave, Mountains
Description: A large fungi that grows up and if able along walls of cave till its met with a ceiling while growing spore filled puss on its head looking like a small ball till it flattens out to break open in the shape of a bowl/cup. the spores brust out with a fleshy splatter and flow down looking like a waterfall of chunky blood. They can smell sweet to a bloated corpse pending on what they grew from, Glow to is a subject of what it grew out of with its range of light being Reds, Oranges, Yellows and whites.
The sludge of spores bathed in a chemical that is acid like burning horridly, if able to enter the blood stream will cause a wide range of effects that will literally bleed its victim to death, Extreme Hematophagy. The spores grow into a a spiny stalk out of the body with new spore sacks growing at their heads and sides.
Symptoms/effects of infection: Skin lesions, Necrosis, Internal hemorrhaging, Rash, Sweating, Can be an Systemic infection, Hemorrhagic Shock.

Threat level:
(2-3) The fungi itself can be washed from the skin before it would root deeper and enter the body, infection stands out as the glow of the spores can stand out in the dark, Both spores and the fungi itself wither and die in nearly any level of sun light or fire, However that said some one infected may show only signs of glow and pain without the stalks coming out till they enter a cooler/darker space/night. While in the closed space of caves they can be deadly but tend to fail outside of their natural homes.

Makes for a fine weapon for night rides on large groups of persons where stopping a multi person infection would be hard.

Species Name: Stone Bells
Body type:
Bio-luminescent fungi.
Diet: decomposer.
Habitat: Caves.

Description:
A fungi that creeps along walls and ceilings within caves consuming silk from spiders/silk worms and other life but is often found mostly around mineral veins/lodes. Their roots sulk around tightly latched to the wall, as time goes on they become thick and harden from the fungi melting away the rock and ore alike fitting into the space giving it a stony bark. If handled with care these roots can be an organic way of enforcing tunnels.

Excess chemicals pool in small sacks that hang from the roots, the sacks have an semi rugged layer, when they get bigger hang down with their crown pushing into its mass making it look like a pudgy stone bell. They glow in two colors Greens and purples but blue can be found but is rare.

Sacks can pop leaving a gut turning, eye burning smell and a blistering rash if it touches the skin.

Threat level:
(2) They lazily grow and glow, you'd have to take some proactive actions to harm yourself with stone bells.

Species: Fickle Fingers.
Body type: Bio-luminescent Fungi.
Diet: decomposer, filters air.
Habitat: Caves.

Description: At the base of this fungi grows out wide and bulky, coated with hairs becoming harden in place while a whimsical bony finger like stalk grows out near the middle of its mass. This long (meter plus in length) fingery stalks bend out into the air and of it puffs out feathery hairs that filter air, These hairs are hooked and easily tangle into anything that brushes into them that pops the mass at its base blowing out a cloud of spores.

Hairs can show some interesting patterns as they hypnotically sway in the sickly wheeze of the caves, The stalks glow From Deep Deep reds to pinkish whites pending on age.

Threat level:
(1) The hairs my scratch if they snag bare skin, spore cloud taste like sweaty socks and make you sneeze. Can pass through the body and make the expelled bio matter of persons or creatures questionable in color.

Species Name: Harpy
Body type: Winged humanoid
Diet: Carnivore
Habitat: Mountains, Caves, tall tree tops
Description: Harpies in this world are much different than normal. “The Harpy” was an infection spread by birds long ago. Eventually it evolved and began to transform those who were unlucky enough to catch it. Soon it began to make its victims hunger for blood, helping the disease to spread, as once you exchange fluids with someone who has it, you’re a goner. The disease kept on getting worse as it began to make people undergo excruciating transformations becoming bird monsters. Many theorized it would eventually turn them into birds completely, but this was not the case. Left in between bird and man, and driven mad by the pain, The Harpy now had a physical form. Avoid contact with them at all costs.
