<Is he. . .break-dancing in a fight? Who the hell is this guy?>
It wasn't anything out of the ordinary for Jotaro to get involved in a bizarre fight. That was more or less the tune of his life three years ago. Jotaro's eyes drifted away from Majima for a moment to look upon the being floating behind him.
For a brief second, it hit Jotaro.
It's a long time since he's seen Star Platinum. In these past three years he's never had any real reason to use his stand for anything other than needing something done quick. The reason why the delinquent got involved with stand users in the first place was because Star Platinum beat up a bunch of thugs to near-death. Jotaro thought that it was an 'evil spirit' - something to be purged or at least contained within a jail cell. It's scary to think what would've happened if the old man and Avdol didn't show up that day - or if Kakyoin didn't try to kill him. He'd be left thinking it was all 'evil spirits', neglecting what had to be done.
This life became apart of him. How did he neglect it for so long?
Jotaro shook his head and looked back to Majima, stumbling back as he noticed how close the Yakuza was getting with his chaotic move. He scowled and rose a finger, pointing it at the lowlife.

"You're getting more than a 'good fight', idiot."
At the speed of thought, Star Platinum phased through Jotaro and rushed forward, catching the dancer's throat despite his erratic movements. The strength of the previous punch was felt again as the massive ghost-like being was gripping him enough to almost break his neck. The stand then began to violently strangle the thug, whipping him about like a wet towl and vocalizing the new inner rage Jotaro had recovered within himself.
"ORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA!"

Jotaro clenched his fist, prompting his stand to cease the strangling and cock it's other fist back as far as possible for it's physique.
"Now, piss off."
"ORAAAA--"
" - ?!"
The fist stopped in mid-air, hanging in front of Majima's face. Jotaro turned his attention to the television. Jotaro Kujo wasn't one to stop a fight just because of a television program, but he could not ignore the anchor's words as he went on about his rant. As he listened, Majima would notice Star Platinum's grip lighten up on his throat. In fact, the stand itself seemed to slowly fade into nothingness, vanishing in a brief sparkle - and with that, he was freed.
Jotaro dug his hands in his coat pockets and began to walk away from Majima, towards the conversing superheros and others who had followed them.
"Hold on."
"That Bane person. . .is he the one who caused all of this?" Jotaro questioned, regarding the ruins around him and the assortment of individuals who all seem to be unfamiliar with how they got here. It seemed like this was starting to make some semblance of sense. Not only that but. . .this all felt too similar. As he though about it, he lowered the brim of his cap again.

A mastermind, holing up in an old city and having everyone around at his beck and call. Using the weak and the innocent for his own gain.
That's true evil.
And it makes the birthmark on his neck itch a little bit.
