Looking at the desk, which was unattended, Misty would see a lockbox marked "ELEVATORS" held behind the desk. Several masks and glasses of champagne sat in front of her, free for the taking. The people would stop paying attention and return to their chatter of conversation, completely ignorant of Misty. The pianist continued his song, and the din of the room returned.
Misty would feel something brush against her, and when she would blink, and she would find herself at the top of the stairs, the room in ruins once again. However, spirits, or rather echoes in the outline of humans, seemed to take positions , playing the piano and talking to each other. They quickly began to fade out, and the sounds of the room were replaced by the cooing of several pigeons, the rain on the glass roof, and the creaking of the ship on the waves.
However, in her hands was the Security Mask.
