Id(Purpose) Rebooted

"I'd probably start to cry over him passing away if you did" he chuckles. "I doubt that'd do us any good in a place like this" Koldrem gesters lazily flopping his tail upwards. "Let's just wait until we get out of here first." ~Kind of him...I wonder if he has any family.~
The three friends can hear some kind of commotion arising from across the cave. Looking over, it seems like some sort of crowd gathering around the area from where they had came from.

Curious, Avery decides to investigate the crowd, though carefully. He crept over, trying to seem small and significant as he was. "What's going on here.." He asked, definitely just assuming the others had followed him as he was the clear leader of the group. Self established leader.

Cinon tilted his head, giving Koldrem a nuzzle before following after Avery slowly.

"We should not follow this bird. He will lead us to trouble."

He stopped behind the bird, peeking around his longer tailfeathers to look at the group.

The guards seem to be pushing the crowd back making room for someone. As this happens, a tall, sleek female dragon emerges. The top of her head, back, and tail hold a sweet magenta color while the rest of her lower body transitions into a ruby red. A large golden necklace wraps around her neck, embedded in several emerald and ruby crystals. As the dragoness emergess, a series of cat calls and whistles bubble through the crowd. Despite the calls, she seems to enjoy the attention and praise from the males as she smiles and throws a wink or two out to them.
As she nears you hear her ask one of the prisoners "Have you seen the new batch of workers here, dear? I'd like to take a look at my new playthings..." The smell of some kind of perfume begins to waft heavily everywhere.
(Has Piercing Green Eyes BTW)

"I do not like this hen. She is a leader, she is dangerous."

What should I do?

"Stay out of her way. Do not draw attention."

Cinon backed up a few steps, fear obvious on his face and in his posture. If he could move his wings, they would have been pulled tightly to his arms.

"W-we should probably keep away from her."

Avery shook out like a sore talon, and he looked around, realizing shortly after that he was one of the new workers. Quickly, he blurted "Nope! Haven't seen any new workers at all!" Loudly and very suspiciously. He awkwardly shuffled to the back of the room, grinning innocently.

"Oh? And just what are you supposed to be?" she giggles, trotting over to the bird. Picking him up, she begins inspecting him against his will. "Hmm, a crossbreed from the looks of it. Oh, you'd make a great pet. Your watery blue feathers make great contrast for my scales. I'd love to keep you for myself than let something as pretty as you get all ruined like the other boys here."
A couple of jealous looks can be seen and even heard from behind her from the workers.

Avery squawked, giving out a pitiful amount of resistance. "Uhm..I'm Avery and I make a really good pet so long as you let me go on really long walks for years at a time!! I'm a busy bird Y'know...gotta migrate and stuff.." He said, doing his best not to panic. "Oh and bring my friends!! They're right there and I need them for walks also." He added, pointing to Cinon and Koldrem.

Cinon backed up more, trying to shift invisible as he went. Something was stopping him, and the shift of his scales stopped at his neck, leaving a broken looking cut out clear through his body where his head blocked- in a way- the view of the rest of his body. This was unknown to Cinon' who's eyes were stuck on the larger magenta hen and Avery in her talons like a snack.

"Do you now?" She grins looking at each of them. "Oh, sweetie, that's a cute little trick you have going there" the dragoness drops Avery, allowing the poor bedding to comfort his fa before bounding over to Cinon. "Me oh my little one, you have no idea how much of a rarity you are...the pigment in your scales. What I wouldn't kill to wear you."

Cedric resisted the urge to form, to attack in defense of his brother. He had to wait, bide his time until the opportunity came for them to escape.

"I... I don't wanna die. Please." Cinon begged, his invisible cloak fading back to black scales as he whimpered and began to cry. "I promise I won't hunt your bunnies again I jus' wanna go home."

"Oh, of course not sweetie. I have my ways of taking what I want from other dragons without killing them, although I have to confess, killing is kinda fun. But for you, i'll make an exception." She places a talon under the dragonet's chin drawing a small cut. "You and your little shadow..." Abruptly turning away, she goes over to her last victim.
"Funny, I didn't know Uncle Gage had a son...you look nothing like your f*cking father."
"That's because I take from my mother" Koldrem retorted, backing away slightly. "Get away from me."
"Hmm? Speaking to a Princess on her royal grounds? Tsk tsk tsk, how rude. We're cousins even you know." She continues getting closer until she's nearly snout to snout with Kold's back to the wall. Reaching upwards, she gently attempts to remove Kold's mask only for the male to swat her hand away.
"Don't touch m-" Kold begins before the dragoness slams his head against the stone wall, smashing his mask and grinding it against his pinned face.
"I have the right to do whatever I want, cousin. Testifying me will be the last mistake you ever make."
Releasing her pin, the sound of the mask hitting the floor clatters loudly as Kold's filmy white eyes are revealed followed by a mark on his forehead and blood from the pieces of metal and wood in his face. The male turns quickly from them, drowning in both pain and humiliation from the event.
"I'll be back for you three in a few days...have fun." The dragoness struts past the workers as they follow chanting "Sapphire!Sapphire!Sapphire" leaving the trio alone in the eerie room.

Avery winced at watching his friend get brutalized, but knew there was nothing that he could do. Yet. After the crowd had settled and everything calmed down, he slowly went over to Koldrem. "Uhh..that looked bad. Are you okay friend?" He asked, nudging his side. "That looked like it hurt...a lot, but don't worry, we're gonna get out of here and then we can gather up some friends and go back here and tear this place down and rescue everyone and be heroes!" Avery assured him, wondering if that was his epic mission. "And also we can beat her up...whoever she was. They were all chanting Sapphire...which is weird because she seemed to be every color but blue and sapphires are...blue...yknow what, nevermind." He cut off his own rambling and examined the dragon's wounds tentatively.

Cinon slowly sulked over to Koldrom, rubbing his own tiny would and licking the blood from his forearm. Sapphire was not a nice dragon. Not saying a word, he nuzzled his side, joining him for a moment of comforting.

"No. We need to get moving, Cinon. We have limited time to prepare an escape. Get on your feet and get to work."

Cinon stayed.

-

Cedric retreated back from Cinon's view, irritated with his disobedience. He was trying to get them to safety and all he could think of was making friends and helping complete strangers.

He went through the mansion, claws tapping along the hardwood he had created as he descended down into the library and past to the vualt.

A pure white, empty, blank room surrpunded him in all directions, beginningless and endless. It shifted into the dungeon, and he began to review Sapphire's actions and words. There had to be something he could use here...

"S-Sorry for not being more rebellious...as soon as my face hit the wall, I just froze up and let her bully me..." Koldrem places a talon on his snout only to wince in pain from the bits. Slowly, he pulls out a long shard. Giving out a small cry, Kold turns and trots a little way from them hiding his tears. "I-I got this...just...just give me some time" he sniffles.

Not too far, Avery and Cinon spot a completely green dragon with a thick blue strop running from snout to tail eye the crying Koldrem. While his look doesn't seem to be threatening, it seems a tad soft.
(He indeed was here for that whole incident)

Cinon sat up, curling his tail around to his forepaws as he sloutched and watched Koldrom leave. His attention shifted to the other dragon watching them, then Avery, before landing firmly between his toes at the dirt below.

-

Over and over, Cedric watched the scene play out before him. She was royalty, but unguarded. She did not bear the braces that they did, which were likely the dampeners on their powers, and was a serious threat alone, never mind with guards. Cedric was their key out of here. He just needed to figure out a way to obliterate the bind without hurting themselves. A precision strike from a pick perhaps.

Avery decided not to bother his wounded friend and went over to Cinon instead, sitting next to the small dragon's head. "Now are you a little more eager to leave?" He asked quietly, aware that an exceptional amount of eyes were trained on the three of them. "We...we just gotta work out a plan. I'm trying to think of something, just give me a little bit more time and I can get us all out of here." He said reassuringly, patting the dragon's head.

The single winged dragon can be seen getting up from his resting spot and over to Koldrem. Kold pulls away slightly at first but the dragons begin to exchange small talk before the teen eases up and drops his rump to the floor. Scooting closer, the opposing damage examins the youngin's face before gently pulling out the shards.
