Golden Solas Cafe.

Lila Renn

Hell on Earth.
The Warlock sat at the table, glaring at anyone and everyone sitting around him. He looked at the menu, before signalling one of the Waitresses to him impatiently.

Mevas Volanas Lefra
Mevas's hands neatly cleaned the cup over the sink. For a while now her white eyes rested on the figure of a man. Her Tiefling nose twitched at his glares. Whatever he had endured, this costumer came in pissed as hell.
It almost elicited her a chuckle as his sight caught up with hers and he signaled her to treat him, immediately. Though Mevas's Café- "Golden Solas"- had survived a lot of criminals, she was always surprised what for creatures found their new location to meet in her small building.
It had a few of private-section. Those who desired absolute secretness, they paid her extra and were allowed to go there.

She danced around the counter, leaving one of her coworkers alone there. A younger elf-woman flashed her a look as she quietly asked if she shouldn't take this customer. The Owner faintly smiled at her- enough to dismiss her from this matter and serve their patrons on the west side of the cafe.
He sat on the red-leathered couches with the dark wood. A place where up to six people could take place. Three on the one side of the Table, and another three on the other. She had decorated her shop with at least five of them at the window. Strolling more into the insides, three and two-chaired Tables established the furnishing.

Through her trained mask slickered a warm grin as she pulled out her notes and a pen. "What can I get for you, Sir?"

The Warlock looked up, "I want a beer and a burger," He snapped, his day started alright then went to shit then went to worse. Any longer and the Skeleton would find him, "Also, do you happen to have any rooms to stay in?" The Warlock looked nervous, looking around everywhere but trying to look angry at the same time. "That's all for now." He muttered, mostly to himself.

Meanwhile.

Skulduggery was having a fantastic day! He had just found out where this poor folk ate at everyday, and was heading there now! Hopefully there were more people he could beat up and chuck in a cell. Although that makes his job sound a bit simplistic.

Mevas Volanas Lefra
"A private section, Sir." She gestured to the door behind the counter. As Mevas gazed back at him, seeing that nothing was prepared nor had he looked like he had a companion with him. This Café was special- made for Criminals all over the world and cities. Some of her customers, who cooperated with a tiny fortune, even had the privelég that whenever they were caught, she would grant them a piece of evidence that one was elsewhere when an act, typically a criminal one, is alleged to have taken place.

Her finger raised at him. "But you need to pay extra to achieve access to it."

@Lila Renn

"Uh, Okay," The Warlock reached into his wallet just as someone barged into the Café. Through a window.

"Hello!" Skulduggery shouted cheerily. "Sorry, I think the glass hurt my ears, not that i have any." He shouted, then stopped as he realised everyone was looking at him. "You have something to say?" Skulduggery asked them happily. The criminals looked away, going back to there meals. Skulduggery pointed at the Warlock who looked like he was gonna shit himself. "Ah! There you are, you led me on quite the chase." The Warlock looked at the Waitress, grabbing her,
"Help me!" He screamed.

The Demoness bid her snarl back as the glass shattered to the ground. The skeleton made it's announcement and threats, up until her customer shouting at her desperately to lend him a hand or two. The man hadn't interested her a bit, but the money he was about to give her did... and her broken window.
A lethal calmness complimented the white hair of hers as she talked, "You will repay me for the lost money and window, Sir."

Mevas had seen a lot, and clearly her shop was used to such things as vandalism and being a victim to the waves of the anger between two criminals. Her tail slashed on the polished ground. "This is a very expensive Café here, Mister. Do not destroy nor chase off those who are willing to pay me."

@Lila Renn

"Ok, I am terribly sorry. No, Only joking! Not sorry in the slightest!" Skulduggery paused, shaking the glass off of his exquisite suit. "Now, I'm placing you," He pointed at the Warlock, "Under arrest for murder, the conspiracy to commit murder, and I don't know, Possibly littering" The Warlock stood up, his hand burned and boiled as a bolt of white light burst from his hand, Skulduggery ducked behind cover, well a table.
"You'll have to kill me first." The Warlock snarled.
"I wouldn't mind that at all, just don't burn my suit." He tilted his head at the waitress, "I suggest you hide in your kitchen or whatever you cook in."

The Tiefling groaned as the man before began to set her café on fire. The skeleton might have not been affected by her ability, but the warlock and several other costumers. As she inhaled, her workers already knew what was about to be released, within several others who paid often. Those who knew covered their ears.
Mevas released her sonic scream- the man flinched and the moment he whirled toward her, she hit a particular spot on his neck to beat him unconscious. "No one," she snarled, cracking her knuckles, "asks for my help and burns off my café the next moment."

Her white eyes narrowed at the other one. "And you will pay for my window."

Hiding... Who did he think she was? Mevas owned a
Criminal-Café! She had dealt with worse than a burnt table, which the other one betters repay her for. Or I could-
Without losing any second, she grabbed for the man's wallet he had slammed on his place before deciding to haul his flames through her shop. He won't need that anymore.
A murder, the skeleton had called him a murderer.

@Lila Renn

Skulduggery straightened out his suit, "Well that was fun! Wasn't it?" The Warlock groaned in pain on the ground and the Skeleton kicked him. Hard. He put Shackles on the Warlock, instantly binding his powers, before taking them off, "Forgot what happened last time i did that. And, The Sanctuary can pay for your window." Skulduggery clapped his hands, "Well, Its time i get going isn't it?" He said delightfully, picking the Warlock up. "I'm sorry for any damage this man may have caused." He told her.
"F-fu-" Skulduggery kicked him in the stomach, winding him.
"No one asked you." He replied to the Warlock's unfinished sentence cheerfully.

Mevas snored, “Fine. Now get this man out of my Café and please,” her voice turned poisonous sweet, “don’t return for a matter of time.”

He understood and left. “Luma,” she called out, ignoring the groans and shocks in the eyes of the new costumers, “Send word to Sanctuary! I want a new Table and Window!”
Mevas danced around the counter and returned to clean the cups.

Mel passed by a small café, noticing she was hungry, and she had been out for a few hours, She saw no reason to not go into the café and order a coke or something. Mel opened the café door, seeing a broken window and a burnt table.. "Uhm, hello?"

Luma beside her stiffened and looked up from the paper at a female voice. Maidens had been rare to see in Golden Solars. “Very well,” muttered Mevas and emerged from the Staff-Door.
She noticed a girl— beautiful, of course. But the Tiefling’s nose told her that she was not as rotten as those bastards she fed.

Some gawked in her way, whispering vulgar things only she could hear thanks to those advanced ears of hers.
Swiftly, Mevas snaked her way to the girl.

Oh Dear,” she voiced, loud enough for the others, “How good to see you again! Don’t be disturbed by those issues there, you know how it is. Criminals going in and out.
They didn’t have to know about the girl. Not yet. And not like Mevas was in the mood to kick another one’s butt.

Ah, follow me to your Private Section.

She gestured to the chambers behind the wine-red cloaks and led the female into the private sector of her Café. The Demoness groaned and leaned onto the wall. “You have absolutely no idea what this Café is about, haven’t you?

"W-why is your skin red?" Mel asked, fear tearing at her heart, "Are you going to- K-kill me?" She looked terrified, "P-please don't hurt m-me.." She cried out, dropping to the floor and curling into a ball. Mel didn't know why there was a red skinned demon lady or why it was talking to her, but she wasn't taking any chances.

The demoness sighed. A Human? Really? How worse was her day about to become?

"MEVAS!"

Worse. It had planned to become even worse.

"Mevas Volanas Lefra!"

The Owner angled her head to the door. No one else but Luma fiercely dashed into the room with a glaring sent to her. Low prayers were voiced in her mind as her Coworker gazed at the wiping, fragile Human. A brow raised as her stellar pivoted to her. "What have you done?"
As a Demon, she had never to listen to her... but yet-
"Nothing at all. She asked me what I was before sinking to the ground and wasting her tears," growled Mevas impatiently.

The Human-like looking Coworker exhaled and bend to the mourning thing. "She is a Tiefling- not one of a bad kind of manners. Her name is Mevas and she is my boss. No need to be afraid."
Despite her own likings, she let Luma do whatever needed to be done and just continued to lean onto the wall.

"Whats a T-Tiefling..?" Mel asked, not daring to move an inch. She raised her head slightly, "Who are you..?" She asked, before Mel backed up against a wall, her hands glowing slightly, not that she realised it. "D-don't hurt me.. Please.." She murmured, her hands beginning to glow slightly brighter, though they were barely visible to the two employees.

Mevas's nose twitched. Magic was to be released- she wondered whatever one of her customers had planned to interrupt them or not. The girl backed away with her pathetic begging. Oh, how the Tiefling had hated such persons.
A long exhale escorted itself out, but Luma dominated her words with only one raised finger. ´Don't you dare´ she said with her gesture. And so did the Demoness what her Employee told her.

"My name," said her friend, "is Luma. And don't be afraid, we won't hurt you." Her head nudged to the door. "But those men outside would if Mevas hadn't decided to be merciful and nice today."

"I couldn't care less." Darquesse murmured before blinking and Mel opened her eyes. "Well, I'm gonna just.. Go h-home.." She whispered to them, before backing away and hitting a wall, before turning around and boosting out the door.

Mevas scratched her neck. Unbothered she returned to the sink. Of course, several pairs of eyes had locked onto her or the door. For now, the weird feeling of unyielding magic vanished.
"So I guess she is not able to use them yet," murmured Luma aside from her and dedicated to the letter.

"Obviously, isn't it," the Tiefling replied, gazed at the up touring man. "A Latte," he requested. She imparted him her half-grin before fixing his mug. As she handed it over and took the coins, she felt Luma gawking.

"No, "Mevas disagreed, "I will not go after any of my costumers and now focus."

MEVAS VOLANAS LEFRA
After a span of three hours, her café was as empty as ever. Her eyes narrowed at the broken window. "Fucking fool," she hissed. How was she supposed to great her customers with shattered glass and a burnt table? Well, at least she hadn't needed to open up a window to release the scent of the fire.

"Mevas," scolded Luma and peeked over her book. "I send word to the authorities. Tomorrow it will be fixed."

"I swear, if I have to pay it they are not going to see the sun ever again," snarled the Tiefling. Her finger wrapped a strain of her hair while she planned how exactly she would kidnap them and hold them in her basement.
A gasp of Luma told her that the Elf had gotten her idea in the wrong way. "No," sighed Mevas, "I will not kill anyone."

She had never murdered someone, not even thought about it. At all, the Demon was never too fond of violence. Though she guessed that Nelyvia had turned out being a destructive, firebreathing bitch after she had left 900 years ago. Then, she felt the presence of her friend aside from her.
"Mevi, one day you have to leave, haven't you?"
Her heart clenched for more seconds.

She had never wasted any thought about leaving her new life like that, but she hadn't planned exactly how to find her sister ever again. But if it meant to leave this... A sigh emitted from her throat as she ran her hand through her white hair.
"I have to admit that I don't know that in particular," she offered and her shortened answer made a statement. For a while things would stay how they were, but after... No one knew the "after". And "maybe" was too much of a gamble she was not ready to play yet.

"Hm," she heard her friend hummin and noted the tiny gesture to the door. With her fast mind, she sends inaudible wave sounds to locate whatever Luma had seen. Her ears perked as it hauled back. From what she saw in her third eye, it was a possible new customer- well built, too, and gifted with an average high.

Daimidey "Dame" Noche

Before actually going to his mission, Dame went to the nearest Cafe. Everyone in that hideout knew that he is basically useless when it's morning. Stumbling towards the cafe, he blinked his eyes open enough to look at the menu. Heavens, he will take an hour to actually know where he was.

"Excuse me," he called out to the cashier. "One Caramel Macchiato with extra pump of caramel, please," he muttered, giving a sleepy smile. "Dame will be the name, just holler up and I'll come like the breeze." With that, he paid and turned to the nearest empty table.
