Ame Damnee Martell Estate

Mireia tried her best to match Nidayu's pace, fear tingling in her skin, pounding in her chest. Everything will be alright. It's okay to be scared. Mireia could hear her friend's voice in her head, telling her to simply breath, to remind herself everything was alright.

~Navyra Darling, Beach of the Estate~
Navi almost screamed in joy as her feet hit the land, noticing Tor, she quickly wobbled after the woman. It was an honestly good decision to make in her drunken state as she witnessed Tor's handling of the people who occupied the room. It was a lovely sight. Navi stepped past Tor, swiftly cutting down some of the people who were fleeing before heading off to a random location of the estate, giving herself a mission to try and find a private liquor stash.

In the halls, Henri heard a loud gunshot, adding to what he already knew was a pirate raid, having witnessed several pirates break down the door with a large battering ram. He had quickly retreated in order to find Lady Mireia, but had encountered a pirate looting a recently killed maid. He couldn't let this disrespect stand and quickly grabbed a candelabra and struck the Pirate in the head, but he restrained himself at the last moment, not having actually struck a person with the intention of hurting them. The pirate turned around and drew his cutlass and lunged at the old man. Henri dodged but the cutless nicked him in the hand. He cried out in pain and once again tried to strike the vandal by swinging wildly in the general direction of the pirate. Luckily for him the pirate wasn't paying attention to his surroundings and tripped over a small table, allowing Henri to strike down at the Pirate, first knocking away the pirate's cutless then repeatedly bashing head the head with the candelabra. Henri stopped when he realized his enemy wasn't getting up anytime soon. He could feel his stomach turn at his actions, but the deed was done. He discarded the candelabra and picked up the pirate's dropped cutlass, in order to wield a proper weapon.

As he picked up the weapon however he hears a gun click behind him, and he turned around to see a middle aged man wearing a feather hat, and leading a small group of pirates.

"Drop the weapon my dear man. I rather not have to shoot you in the back of the head." Said the man, and while Henri thought about dropping the weapon he couldn't very well give up his search. Instead he quickly tried to attack the Pirate Leader, but was stopped when the man dodged Henri's wide swing and shot him the leg. Henri cried out in pain and dropped the cutlass to the floor. "I can respect a man who is willing to die for his duty, so I will not ask again. Stand down or you will die." Henri couldn't even respond as the pain was too much for him. "I believe that was a yes. Come, leave him. If fortune favors him he'll find help soon." The pirate leader takes his squad and leaves Henri in agony. The old butler couldn't stand against these motherless bastards, but through his tears and with adreniline surging through his body, he fights through the pain and gets back on his feet, picking up the cutlass and limps towards the Estate Lord's office.

Maligaro Sol - Estate Library

Maligaro was surprised to find a remarkable lack of resistance as he slowly waltzed through the luxurious manor. While many of the sailors were stealing whatever they could find, or dealing some servants, Maligaro held little interest in such things. He found such activities to be too chaotic, and too concerned with such trivial things as wealth and plasure. He took a turn, and continued his walk through another corridor.

A soldier turned down the hall from the other end, and immediately began to take aim with a pistol. "Damn you pirates!" He yelled, before firing the gun. The shot rang out loudly in the enclosed hallway, deafening the soldier and Maligaro both. Maligaro continued his slow pace as the soldier aimed and fired his weapon. With a thought, he rushed the water he had orbiting him towards the pistol.

The bullet passed through the water, but its course was warped, and it lost most of its speed. It bounced harmlessly off the wall, leaving a light scratch in the wallpaper of the corridor. Maligaro slammed the mass of water into the soldier, throwing him against the wall, and knocking him out cold. Maligaro stopped by the body for a moment, and contemplated killing him. He frowned, and turned away. There was no need to kill him.

Peering into doors at random looking for something of note, Maligaro finally found a large library. He opened the door, and walked inside. Curious, he looked over the collection of tomes, thumbing a few over before resting them back on the shelf. He selected several tomes that caught his eye, and threw them into a bag he had found on his way. The gods were kind today.

Maligaro stopped a moment at the door when he saw a small case tucked away underneath a table. He undid the clasps and opened it. Inside lay an exquisite violin. Even to those untrained in the craft, it was apparent it was a masterful instrument. He closed the case, and took it with him as well. Although he would need to compare, it was most likely better than his own. With his items secured, he left the library, and began to stroll around the mansion once more. He still had a task to perform.

Eirik Crow - Martell Estate, Outside underground tunnel.

The jotun decided not to take another boat trip but rather a more direct path that would allow him to feel the earth under his feet a lot sooner. His ruby eyes stared at the shore as he marched over the pillars of earth that shot up from the sea floor as the ones behind him fell back to where they returned. Once on the shore he sighed happily as he stomped his foot to give him a mental image of the layout of underground passageways. No one would escape that way. He was surprised to find a tunnel that was already being used. Two people if he was still as sharp as he used to be and the sea wasn’t playing havoc on his ability.

Whistling gently he strolled towards the exit to the underground tunnel he had seen earlier. Finding it easily enough he sat down on a makeshift seat called up from the earth around him. Sighing gently he settled in. This was his job. He would catch whoever came out of that entrance.

The two finally make it to the admirals office quickly dragging meria inside nidayu quickly opens the secreat passage "you will be safe just follow the path down to the vault and lock yourself inside" Nidayu then lightly shoves meria into the secret passage and closes it behind her and then leaves the office to go fight off the intruders.

~Navyra Darling- Martell Estate~
Navi had been successful and begun packing her pouch with all of the bottles she could. Whoever owned this estate clearly had some money and a nice taste in liquor, she thought as she eyed her favorite kind of ale in a bottle that was bigger than what she normally would have. "Yes, come to momma." she said, as she scooped up the bottle and placed that in her pouch as well. She figured she would have to find someone else of her crew and see what they were up too but then again, there were many items that were of value despite the main goal of the mission.

Bloodied, but not deterred, Henri has finally made it to office. He was breathing heavily and was rather pale, but at least he wasn't bleeding anymore as he had made a tourniquet from the drapes. When he entered he saw Nidayu, readying herself for battle. "Nidayu, where is Lady Mireia?"

"Shes heading to the vault so she will be safe dont worry.. do you know how many their are?" Nidayu looks at henri "what happened to you..?" nidayu starts to condense the moister in the air into water and begins to heal the mans wound with aqua healing.

Captain Zathrian Ellwood - Entering the Martell Estate

The captain of the Fortune slave held a certain swagger in his step as he made his way through the Estate. Holding Gemini out at the ready in case some fool was brave enough to try and face him up close. He tried to keep his mind focused on his destination, ignoring the blood of those who were being cut down around him, be they friend or foe. His destination, the estate lord's office. He knew these high and mighty pricks all too well, if there was a place they'd hide their important items, it'd be where they were the most during the day. They could never keep their eyes off of their treasures for more than five minutes at a time.

Scanning each room he passed with his red eye, he saw what looked to be the kind of place the lord would make his office, along with two other men. He kicked open the door, and acknowledged the two soldiers. Leveling his cutlass towards them he said, "Now, now lads. No one hear needs to die, you look like you're halfway there already." He said, trying hard not to stare at him too long for fear of getting queasy. "We just want the Lord's daughter and the map. Where are they?"

@Spike1d23 @ChelonianCommander

Henri didn't even get to answer as an imposing man kicks open the door. He wasn't even completely healed and now he was forced to face another pirate, and a tough looking one at that. He stands up and holds his sword out towards the man. "Back in the city." He replied "Away from you and away from all this where she can be safe."

Martell Estate
Tor'Mur
Second Floor
--------------------
Tor'Mur made her way up a set of particularly squeaky stairs, though whether they were squeaking from old age or her considerable weight was unclear. As Tor was about reach the top of the stairs, another pirate rounded the corner and ran into her, spilling the loot he had collected all over the hallway. "Hey, why don't you- Oh, uh. Tor'Mur." The pirate took a step back, looking somewhat sheepish.

Tor'Mur looked at the treasure spilled on the floor before glaring at the pirate. "Idiot!" she said, "You're supposed to be finding the map!"

"I- I was-"

"Get out of here, before I throw you down the stairs!"

"Yes sir. I mean, ma'am!" Realizing his mistake, the pirate fled past Tor before she could react.

"Sir? Sir?!" The First Mate whipped around as the other pirate retreated. "I'll teach you to call me sir!" she shouted after him, raising her second gun. She fired, making a sizeable hole in the wall, but missing her fellow pirate by a hair. "Hmph," she said as she turned around, holstering her gun. She would have preferred to hit him, but she would settle for making him pee his pants instead. A glistening object on the floor caught Tor's eye. Bending down, she picked up a diamond necklace the other pirate had dropped and stuffed it in her pocket before moving on.

Eventually, the First Mate heard voices in a nearby room. Recognizing the voice of her Captain, she sauntered in, drawing her scimitar as she did so.

"Zath!" she greeted. "Who are these pricks, and why aren't they dead on the floor? I can take care of them for you, if you'd rather not get your hands dirty," she added with a smirk.

Captain Zathrian Ellwood - Estate Lord's Office

The dying man's answer made him scowl, whether the man was full of shit or not, he wasn't happy. "Well that's bad news for you isn't it? Because you just lost your bargaining chip." He heard his first mate's voice behind him, nodding to her while keeping his eyes on his opponents. "You're looking at a bunch of dead men walking Tor. Feel free to join in if you want. I'm sure you can handle the old man." He replied with a smirk of his own.

Mireia Martell, The Hidden Vault

Mireia had scrambled into the secret passage, her body passing a transparent light blue portal-like doorway behind the off white and pale green panels in her father's office. It was magic; a protection of some sort and the only reason why she and her father could pass through. It went dark and her hand had searched desperately for the lantern on the wall. It was pitch black. She grabbed the rusty lantern, took the top off, and blew gently. A small fire began to flicker brightly. She placed the top back on and took her heels off to allow her maximum speed. She had to hide the map and everything that came with it.

Her feet walked against the offwhite cobblestone ground. It was cool and the walls were pressed together to the point where only one person— usually someone around her father's size— could get through. She was small though, which meant it was not a hassle at all moving hastily among the bare tunnel. Mireia found the vault at the end and searched desperately for the key. It was under one of the stones near the left wall that seemed to be slightly out of place among the others.

The vault- a large, thick and dark wooden door- slid open just enough for her to get by. Her strength was minimal, but after she'd unlocked the vault, she was strong enough to at least give her some wiggle room to get inside. She closed the vault behind her all the way and dashed over to the small library case which held some of her family's heirlooms on the surface. Her heart pounded in her chest as she grabbed an intricately carved wooden box with light red jewels- a large one in the middle and two small ones on either side of the main jewel. She used another key nearby to open it.

There was nothing she cherished more than keeping the map safe. The sounds of guns firing let her know that if she wasn't safe, the map wasn't safe. Her fingers quickly grabbed one particular artifact— a golden chain necklace with a refined pearl hanging off the end— and placed it around her neck. The chain was long; It fell in between her breasts. She grabbed the worn piece of parchment with rough edges and opened it up. Suddenly, everything changed and the map began to reveal itself. It still worked. Mireia folded the map up respectively, hiked up her dress, and placed the map inside her stocking. She jumped up a bit, trying to grab a cutlass down from the wall, and managing to knock one down from the display of two swords crossed.

The sword clanged to the floor. Although no one would usually hear that far away in a magical dimension of sorts, she still felt a little cautious and paranoid. What if the people shooting her father's men found out? She couldn't let that happen. Mireia picked up the cutlass, breath shaking a little as she stood silently in the small rectangular room. The calmness was eerie and she hoped that everything would be over soon just as fast as it begun.

Nidayu looks over at the two pirates giving them a sinister grin. "its been so long since i had a decent fight... so thank you for coming here" The siren is surprisingly quite happy about the raid on the estate. "now then... lets get started shall we..?" In the background the two pirates can see a large amount of water heading twords the office through a window at a rather fast pace.

Maligaro Sol - Estate Lord's Office

Maligaro had been wandering for some time, moving around the mansion, until he heard Tor's quite distinctive rifle ring out, along with quite a bit of commotion. At least, he thought to himself, Tor makes himself easy to find. He followed the commotion and carnage all the way to the well decorated office, where a butler and guard faced off against the captain and Tor. Maligaro left his bag at the door.

"The god of fate-" He stopped short upon seeing the near tidal wave of water rushing towards the door. The quantity of water he had orbiting him promptly fell to the floor, splashing out and soaking the hems of his robes. He raised his hands, and closed his eyes. The water streaming from outside slowed and shuddered, Maligaro straining to push against the considerable momentum the water already had. It stopped just mere inches from the window, churning and bubbling as the forces pushed against it.

"I would prefer if you didn't." Maligaro said to Nidayu, strained. "Captain. First Mate." He greeted after, under less pressure as the water had slowed.

Captain Zathrian Ellwood - Estate Lords office

He was surprised at the sheer power of the aquamancer's abilities. Bracing himself for the impact of the wave, he was surprised to find that minimal water actually hit him. His questions were answered as the familiar voice of his surgeon appeared from behind him. "Sol! Where the hell have you been all siege?" He said with a light hearted smile. Turning back to his opponents, eyes filled with a lust for combat. "I've always preferred a fair fight myself, but now that you've shown me yours, let me show you mine."

His red eye flashed, the telekinesis latching onto Nidayu's body, unless she was a being of absurd strength or mental capacity, there would be no way to escape on her own. He rushed forward, Gemini at the ready and aimed a shot straight for her clavicle. If the old man didn't intervene, this would surely be a fatal blow to the aquamancer.

When Henri say Nidayu freeze, and the Captain lunge at the same time, he quickly leaped into action. He powered through the pain of Nidayu's incomplete healing, grabbing a thick book from the office's table, and jumping in between the two, attempting to stop the sword, but it was in vain as the blade pierces through the book and into his aorta. He didn't even have time to realized what had happen, when he fell on the ground, bleeding out and dying.

Tor'Mur - Martell Estate - Estate Lord's Office
Tor'Mur backed away from the window when she heard the water coming toward them, but was surprised when the water suddenly stopped. Looking back to see Maligaro standing there, stopping the woman's feeble attempts at attacking them, the First Mate burst out laughing. "Really?! Is that the best you can do?" she taunted as she sheathed her scimitar. "Look fish-lady, we live on the sea. If you want to stop us, you're going to have to do better than that." Tor'Mur then reached over her shoulder and hoisted the giant gun off her back. As the old man toppled to the floor, she aimed. "Cap'n, you might want to move," she snickered. "Little Buddy here has been getting a little bored."

Captain Zathrian Ellwood - Estate Lord's Office

He smirked at his first mate and gladly stepped to the side, when his red eye picked up what looked to be a secret passageway. He could use this to his advantage. "Hold on there Tor. Looks like we might be able to get some use out of her. He grabbed the aquamancer's head and turned it to where the secret passageway was. "You're going to get us in there, you're gonna take us to the map, and you're gonna take us to the girl. Do all of that, and you might make it through this day alive."
