Demon's Broken Promise Removed

"Hrmmmm..." Jhall's rodent nose twitched as he weighted the deal. It wasn't better than what he was previously "offered", but it was better than fighting the Talosman. "Am I allowed to kill, and strip the creature of hee flesh, and skin," he asked. His demonic features began to smooth over as he began to return to his human form. "That is what I was planning to do with her after all, but it isn't necessary if your deal is specific." He spat the last word towarda the tiefling, as if this situation was brought to them because of her loose wording.

Once he had returned to normal, he examined his now tattered clothing. He clicked his tongue before turning to make his way up the stairs, and up to his living area. "Follow me if you'd like to discuss the pricing, and antidote," he called back to them.

Perhaps the officer would gain a huge complaint- but later. He made sure to position his figure close to hers, just in case Nelyvia believed. Golden eyes tried to stare him down. `I didn't plan to, but fine´ she meant to say through the transparent mask of hers. The coldness had vanished from her facials long ago.
Yet that hadn't made up for the growing numbness in her bones. He needed to hurry up, instantly, or she would faint right on the spot. To all the mess was the bleeding appended. The fact stated about a spy troubled her the less. Perhaps she had enough energy left to simply gut the throat and claw his eyes off their sockets.

"I do want a barter, Master Ghulli. You see, this little imp is under my protection and I could not just hand her to you. If possible, would you like a barter? In exchange for what she bought and to clear up this... mess, I am to lend you my beautiful darling over here," he then said. The Tiefling stiffened. But the merchant seemed to caught interest, anyway. His jinxed shape faded to a human-being. He then stepped up the stairs, called for them to tag along. Nelyvia debated whatever she should be grateful or offended by the mere fact the leanashe was featured as a worthy bargain.
With bare focus, she hissed at the Officer, "I am not an imp."

Before they had walked, Nelyvia mumbled as silent as possible, "And hurry up." Because her feet numbed already. Her body started to ignore the orders she sent.

The sound of Yew's laughter echoed throughout the room. He straightened and moved behind the smaller being before bending. His arm hooked behind her knees and the other supported her back. With a sudden jolt, he was already carrying the injured like one would do to a bride. "Poisoned?" he mused. "I thought you were better than that." He nudged her cheek with his nose and once again laughed.

As they were walking up the stairs, he could only shudder at the idea of him giving his creation to the old man. "This day really keeps getting better and better," he mumbled through his gritted teeth. Placing the Tiefling on one of the hardest chairs he could find, Yew removed his hat and turned to look at the clatter. Off course this is where the old man slept. He has to give Master Ghulli credit though, he is passionate of his job.

Dealing with Master Ghulli was a bit complicated. Especially with their history of arguments and fights. He has to be specific with his deals.

"Watch your step," the tailor warned as they walked through his shop. He didn't want them bumping into any of his merchandise. It wasn't like the basement storage. The articles of clothing he had upstairs were not made from trash, and would never become trash. He escorted them through the store, and up a small stack of winding stairs before they came to a door leading to the top floor. Sunlight could be seen from beneath the door way. "You'd best mind not to touch anything," he said before opening the door. "This is my hhome after all.. "

The space was large, and simple. It consisted of a small living area, a small kitchen, a sleeping area that could be closed off with a sliding glass wall. Large windows decorated the walls near the living area, inviting in the sunlight, and giving them a view of the city. The space was slightly cluttered with articles of clothing, fabrics, and papers with notes, and sketches. He stepped inside, and moved to clear the space in the living space. "Sit, and don't touch anything.."

Nelyvia would have argued with him to put her down. But she never bothered to do so, being carried was far better than expected. Though, his teasing, a chuckle rumbled in her aching stomach. "You don't need to remind me," she bricked. Of course, Nelyvia would have never voiced a "thanks" or admit her own foolishness.
He carried them after the bastard, whom she still wanted to cut this throat ahalf. Yew, of course, had to place her on the most uncomfortable chair. Since he precisely moved, she guessed that his attendance was not any new to this shop.
A bricking, lying bastard and the fiendish beast- yes, that seemed to fit just fine in her imagination.
As well as she guessed that Yew regretted the bargain already. Not my fault, she thought, he hadn't had to interfere anyway.

The owner barked a few warnings, alerted them not to touch anything- which gave her endless ideas to continue to piss him off. Yet Nelyvia knew that Yew would scold her afterward, another thing to add to his list seemed unnecessary. Hence, the Tiefling just sat there and silence. Her visions fixated on various things- possible threats until they halted on the merchant. Sit and observe, she told herself to at least create a feeling that she wasn't too futile in the end. It mostly was required to boost her own ego a bit.

Jhall stepped into his kitchenette before fetching a small bottle fill with cloudy liquid, and returning to the pair. He placed the small bottle on the table, and flashed her a smile. "Do I get a kiss for giving you the antidote, " he joked before sitting in one of the plush chairs. "The drug will need a day to take effect," he stated with a small smile. "I'm sure you wouldn't mind being carried about until then right?"

TheTiefling bared her teeth. "You get a stab in your heart," she growled, "alone for palsying someone like me." Her visions flicked to the bottle. The man had betrayed her once, why should she believe him now? Her stellar nudged towards the liquid. "Take a sip to ensure me that this isn't another trick of yours."
A smile embraced her teeth as she leaned deeper in the chair. There was enough time to argue with the insufferable bastard aside from her later on, even though... Even though she somehow hadn't felt for it. After all, he rescued her and offered the owner one of his precious beastlings.

Yew smiled, watching in amusement as the antidote was placed on the table. Was he going to let the old man harass the girl a bit more? That would be entertaining. With him being there, they could run their mouths dry but would not fight tooth and nail. Or so he hopes. He also was not going to tell Nelyvia that that was really the antidote.

"What did the little imp ask of you anyways, Master Ghulli? One of the trinkets perhaps?" he asked, eyes shifting back on the shelves. There were poisons here he has yet to discover and it would be beneficial to actually know what it does to a human and a demon.

"A book and a new dress," she hissed at Yew. "A night-blue one," she cut a glare for the man, "Which I hope I still get."
The fabric was far too rare for her to abandon the dress. He just wouldn't see her stepping into the damned trap of his anymore. As Deputy of the Leader, she already planned to send words to the females of Serpent's Kiss to precisely avoid this store at all costs. What would have happened with tourists... O well, who was she to care about civilians from other clans? "Why do you even care," she demanded silently. There was no need to whisper, but still. The owner, Nelyvia knew, heard them just fine and she didn't expect her bastard to lower his voice, too.

"Hush, girl, no need to bare your teeth," he chuckled. "I just need to know so that I know how many hours will I have to keep the leanashe up," he informed his ward. He was already having a headache knowing what the old croon would be doing to his creation. How was the tailor going to... entertain himself when Yew never placed any holes on his creations. "Spirits, help me," he groaned out once the answer flashed before his eyes.

"Now, Master Ghulli, will it alright for my beauty to be up for three hours? Comoensation also include you have what is left of her and 10 gold crowns for all what Nelyvia bought from you."

"Do not tell me what to do," Nelyvia sneered. "You are not even supposed to be here!"
As far as the Tiefling remembered, Yew was positioned to the barriers... So what, what was he doing in this store? Had he once again followed her? How often had she told him that babysitting her was pointless!
Nelyvia groaned at her own realizations. Almost since the days she arrived, he pestered her, watched, argues, and sometimes aided her. Like a shadow, that had his own accursed notions. `That is what you get for leaving the office without telling me´ had he told her earlier. Of course, she was used that he was always nearby. Most likely because Nelyvia never vamoosed from the side of her Leaderling, and everyone knew how protective he was when it came to Glumisun. Nelyvia left her for mere days in the diligence of the Head from Bloody Moon. They seemed to link with each other just fine.
But this day... it was almost the first after years that she handled and planned alone. Well, she always established her plots and actions, never fills anyone in, and sees what the situations caused her.

Yew turned, sitting his ass on one of the stools. It would be better that he is at least an arm's length away from the girl. Paralyzed or not, the Tiefling could still attack with enough willpower and magic pool.

"Do not make me grab the spray bottle again, you little imp," he warned. "I just saved your pretty little butt from being turned into cushion. Be thankful that Master Ghulli is kind enough to exchange your life with a moving carcass." He spread his talismans on the table, looking for the sigil of water and showing it to Nelyvia in case she snaps at him again. Why was blackmailing so fun again?

Destrier had finally arrived, checking the map. "It's.. Not here, Shinji didn't have enough time to plan everything i guess." They carried their bags, their armour in them. If anyone asked it was full of food and clothes. Abyssinia's eyes narrowed at any demon who walked past them, trying to offer a smile at each of them.

Destrier looked up up slightly. Noticing a shop. He chuckled, nudging Asphodel, "Who would name their shop Ghuli's Ghoolis? Whatever." He laughed to himself.

[I have chu both. Yer stressing me XD]

Asphodel Gareth
Asphodel was one to actually take in the scene first. Once they were through a small dug-out tunnel, they were all standing in another world. It felt like magic.
Taking in a deep breath, the white-haired hunter did not have time to appreciate the scenery as they were already walking towards the first structure they have seen. "Ghulli's what?" he asked, a bit confused. He shook his head before turning to their leader. He snapped his fingers as they moved towards the entrance. "So, have you contracted your operative?" he asked. "How are we to actually go to him when his data is lacking? Especially when we entered through an unknown territory." He turned to the canals. "Could you all even swim?"

The hunter shook his head. They have not taken this into consideration. The only information he has is that they have entered the green territory. Serpent's Kiss? Yeah, that. This reminded him of one of the lyrics he has came across on a few years ago. "Burn the bridge behind you...." Yeah, they just went up the bridge, burned the thing into ashes and now they have no idea how to proceed.

The Demoness stiffened at the mention of water. Why had she entered a clan with this water-controlling psychopath? Exactly. No reason at all. It just... happened.
Yet water ached her skin and left markings likewise to incinerations, depending on the amount of liquid.
"You wouldn't dare to, Airhead," she growled lowly. Nelyvia had tried to threaten him.... a lot, actually. But Yew always shrugged it off with ease and fired anything back at her. Somehow, he had discovered various ways to tame her from time to time.
Her tail rotated, curled around her limbs as her golden oculars narrowed at him and his talismans. ´"You insufferable bastard" her glare meant to say. "Don't even think about muting me and tell me something about this liquid ´
In synchronization with her thoughts, she nodded to the bottle. With mere luck, he relinquished his desire to pull the "Spray Bottle" Card and would focus on a dose to sanative her disabling. Nelyvia was also eager to leave this tricking shop and return to the academy to tell those guards what she demanded- A word to every- every- woman not to put their footings over the threshold of the beasts shop.

The summoner stuck his tongue out as a sign of his displeasure. Where was the fun of arguing when the other side was not even fighting? With a sigh, he slid out of the stool and took the antidote. "Half a crown for one bottle of this," he mused before making his way to the second-in-command and tilting her head up with his finger.
How will this little lady react if he just took the antidote and have it to her through a kiss? He grinned. Hmm. No. It would be better off to shove the whole bottle down the Tiefling's throat. "Say 'ah'," he chirped; voice once again taking up the sugary tone. He tilted the bottle, letting a few drops fall into her closed lips.

Nelyvia weighted her lust to tease him or to get the antidote. As her jaw obeyed- obviously, the desire to get her cured as soon as possible won the inner strugglings. She almost vomited at the displeasing taste. If it was her hand who had tilted the bottle, she would have thrown it against the wall; probably. But Yew shoved the liquid inexorable into her throat. Of course, as soon as he was done for good, she cleared her throat several times- her body was numb but her organs and senses weren't, even though she wished they were for a minute.
"Do that again," a hoarsy voice said, "And I opine one of my arrows will find a new home in your neck."
Her Bow... O, how she had missed the weapon she left at the academy. Little did she knew this morning, how much she suffered without it.

Jhall clapped his hands in a small applause as she took the potion. "Good job," he said with a smile. As they were bickering, he had left ot fetch himself a simple dress shirt, and trousers. "Now you can spend the rest of the day hanging with your friend- because the potion won't tale effect until tomorrow morning." He snickered, and sat by them. He was enjoying listening to their sass towards each other. It was like watching two fat cats swipe at each other. "As for your beast, I supposed 3 hours would suffice. Just don't expect for it to return in fine condition."

Yew Evergreen

Aahhh. Now, that was the little imp he knows. He patted the Tiefling's head before moving back to the table and grabbing his weapons. "Do that when you actually have your weapon with you, my pyromaniac imp," he sang. He twirled around, letting his costume balloon around him. "So, will we be staying here and argue the whole day or are we to head into the academy and strap you back to paperwork?" he asked innocently.

He tossed a bag of coins towards the old man and nodded. Another silent communication. 'I will be coming back for supplies. My advance payment.' "I do not even expect to see any parts of her again," he smiled. He knew. Master Ghulli would use every part of her.

Without even waiting for a reply from both the demon and the imp, he stepped into Nelyvia's personal bubble and lifted her. "Thank the spirits I could still carry your heavy butt, you little imp," he started. Walking down the stairs was a bit difficult for the summoner. He has to make sure the female in his arms would not bump her head on anything and to make sure he was not to step on his clothes. Upon the main room of the shop, he made a gesture and let the leanashe up the stairs.

Opening the door, he was surprised to actually see men staring at the shop. "Hello?" he greeted.

So he was going to be graced with the officer's beautiful face again? How lovely.. He made a mental note to make the man uncomfortable when he returned. Until then, he wiggled his fingers towards them as the left the room. It wasn't long before their company was replaced with Yew's leanashe. He crossed his arms, and glared towards the creature.
"I hope you can take a beating," he said to her. "Because that is what the tiefling was supposed to get, but know you're here.." He stood to his feet, and gestured towards his bedding area. "Best prepare yourself.."
