Dante just slumped himself onto the bed in his cell, contemplating everything that's just happened. Losing his weapons, and even his powers couldn't break down a simple prison cell door? Maybe he had finally tasted defeat quite like this situation. Until he remembered who was responsible for him being stuck in this place.
"You know something, Felix?" Dante muttered, standing up and looking him straight into his helmet from the bars of his cell. "You're right. You're not wrong there. Humans kill. Humans kill for various reasons, good or bad or both or just for selfish gains. My brother might actually be right about something in his short life. "If you can't see the chaos that humans will cause, if you don't want the responsibility protecting humanity? Then stand aside." Maybe I will stand aside. But know this. There are good in Humans. Example A? SeeU."
He exclaimed, looking towards SeeU's cell to see her reading something. "Do you see that? The face she pulled after you made your little act? The face of disappointment? She, BELIEVED in you! Considered you, a HUMAN, to be a good person. But after all of that? I'm sorry she ever had the unwanted pleasure of meeting you, in fact? If anything, Harper was a better friend to her than you."
His focus then turned back to Felix. "Mark my words, Felix. Once I get out of here, I'm coming after you. That's the word of a Demon Hunter. What you've committed here? I'm not even sure I can even call you human anymore."
He then began to
investigate his own cell, hoping to find some sort of hidden compartment or escape hatch.
