The girl who is crying is in another room, the map is on the page before this one. Maybe he should interact with Haniyya or Amethyst who are in the same room as him or write that he went into the bathroom where the crying girl is?

@Incognus - Emotion can be felt, but usually only when it's very strong. If the Abettor or human wants to, they can force the emotion over the link, but it's not too common of a thing to do.
