Okay, hold on. That...what??? "Woah, woah. How is that even possible? Professor, we've been going to Hogwarts for years! I've been going here since I was eleven! What do you mean, every Christmas?" That wasn't making any sense!

"I promise I will tell you more, but now we must go on."
They made their way further down the corridor until they finally came to the end where a locked door was waiting for them. "Alohomora." The group could hear the door unlocking itself and Professor McGonagall pushed it open. They heard her gasp as she stepped inside. "I never expected...I'm so sorry..."

In the middle of the room, or after a quick sweep the group could tell was a dungeon, was a dark haired boy chained to the floor by his arms and legs. Scars and heavy wounds over his body like from a whip, but there was one scar in particular that tipped his identity to them. A lightning bolt across his forehead. "Harry Potter." Professor McGonagall wasted no time to get the shackles off him.

"P-Professor?" Harry managed to get out through his cracked and dry lips. She didn't say anything else other than took him for a warm embrace.

"I'm so sorry..."
She mumbled as she hugged him tight.

It's when Alacander opened the potion and dripped a bit on the ground and quickly closed it up again.

@Jeremi

The potion hit the ground but nothing seemed to happen. "I see Granny gave you one of her special potions." The tone in how Gloriosa seemed to have changed suddenly. More calm and floaty with a tinge of an accent that none of them could quite place. "I believe it is supposed to be ingested orally."

@dark @Donder172 @Kaykay

As the group ran out the blizzard had calmed considerably from how it had been just a few minutes ago, and while snow was still falling visibility was much clearer then what it hade been for a good month now. Considering how deep the snow had been it was quite easy to track Rolien's prints back to where she had left Fantasma.

However as they got there they were met by what seemed to have been a stampede. Deep abnormal prints were scattered in the area and there was blood in the snow painting the ground a deep crimson. Next to one of the areas with the blood they found the broken glasses of Professor Fantasma. "..." Gloriosa was quiet as she surveyed the area, but it was hard to tell where the prints lead. It was as if they had vanished into thin air.

@Kaykay @dark @Donder172
Rolien looked with wide eyes at the scene as they arrived. Noticing the big footprints in the snow. "We... should call the... police..." she said with a serious and frightened tone. "Or look self... but we should still... call them." she said afterwards. She felt guilty for leaving Fantasma on his own, and this was more than visably in the way she looked and stood. "We can't... leave him alone... with whatever that was. He might be hurt... I am going to search for him... with... or without you." she said with a saddened and slowly increasing determined tone.

"He has vanished into the aether."
Gloriosa replied to the girl. "Do not grieve him, and let no tears be shed. We can no longer do anything for him. Trust me when I say however that we must leave this place. For they will come soon enough. We are not ready to show our hand just yet."

"The... what?" Rolien said confused. "You mean..." she looked down for a moment. Towards all the blood, it was then that it hit her. "No no no no noo...." she muttered in shock and guilt. She slowly walked towards the glasses of the teacher and picked them up. Tears slowly coming from her eyes. "I shouldn't... have left." she said quietly. She then turns around towards Gloriosa "What do you mean... with 'not ready to show our hand just yet'? Are you... saying these things happened... before? Are you saying... that Fantasma... wasn't... the... first one..." Rolien slowly said further.

Alacander gritted his teeth and turned "I say we go find the others inside. They'd probably know more."

@Jeremi @Donder172 @dark @Kaykay
"We should also... call the police on this. This is murder!" she said as her voice slightly gets hostile.

Ian Miles IV

Ian was listening and trying to process the understatement of the century on them being in danger. He wasn't sure why, but he didn't want to know what Professor McGonall meant when she said this happened every Christmas. " Has this year been looping for everyone here then?" He asked. He stopped and quickly realized that was Harry Potter.

He was speechless for once.

@Jeremi @Yun Lee @Takumi @Ver

"Wait...THE Harry Potter? From the war?! He was here in Hogwarts the entire time?!?!" Rio had to lean against the wall. What the Hell...all of these revelations were just crazy. Why did students have to die each Christmas? How did Umbridge pull this all off? What was even real anymore??? He didn't know. For now, probably the best thing to do was to just go with it. It would all make sense at some point...right?

"I may not really know what happened, but you tried your best to help, right? It's not your fault. Let's...let's calm down for now."

Wisteria tried to reassure the younger girl, placing a hand softly on her shoulder. Yet even as she tried to reassure Rolien, really she wanted to be reassured herself. Something was always happening at Hogwarts this year, and never was it any good. Wisteria wanted to tremble, to cry a little bit herself. But that wouldn't help anyone. They had to stay calm and figure out what to do.

"...Don't tell anyone I said this, but no. Professor Fantasma is not the first," she spoke quietly, almost in a whisper. "I don't know about the police, but I think we should tell someone too."

Rolien looked up to Wisteria as she felt a hand on her shoulder. "Why hasn't... something been done... about it?" She asked with a quiet, saddened tone. "And who should we tell?"
Wosteria's words didn't seem to helping the young student much to calm down. Seemingly only making it worse. With the fact that this wasn't the first and as far as she knew no one was told about it. How many were already like? And how many will come? Thoughts that scared Rolien only more.

Melody looked at Swagglebone, and then frowned and stood still. Although she looked serious, her eyes betrayed the fact that she felt nothing at Swagglebone’s words. Perhaps she’s recovering, or is she showing her true self? Or maybe just a idiot who couldn’t comprehend such words? As Swagglebone left the room, she turned back to the door and looked at her potions and belongings. She silently packed up her things and then began to make her way back to the Gyffindor tower. However, as she went closer to the stairs leading to the tower, she stopped and dropped her books and cauldron, leaving only her wand and potions.
“Ahh..I don’t feel like going up stairs today, espically after what happened. I’ll cast a memory charm or forget it later, but...Aha! I forgot! I need to give these potions to someone, In case I lose them now!”
She went from lethargic to excitable, and she must have looked strange, with her sharply turning away from the stairs. Then, Melody began to run around Hogwarts, well, walk.

Where would she go? After all, she knew she acts purely on instinct, so she simply hoped she would find something interesting, or atleast a friend she could hand her gifts to.

"And he will not be the last,"
She replied back to Rolien. "There is far more sinister things squirming in the entire foundation of Hogwarts. We are all just another puzzle piece in its machinations. No number of forces in this realm can save us, not even I have the power. The only way to thrive is to finally break free of this illusion." Gloriosa looked around. "However I must agree, staying out here is not safe. Follow me back to the castle before the darkness decides to creep up once again."

@Jeremi @Yun Lee @Takumi @Ver

"It was my punishment,"
Professor McGonagall started. "No one else was to know but me, powerless to watch at the sidelines and see it happen over and over again. I and the ones that Dolores thought had wronged her." She looked at Harry who was still trying to get his barrings and get up by his own strength. "We were to know all the details. I believe...I believe this is the tenth time it's happened now. Time flows differently here, it's starting to all become a jumbled mess."

@Jeremi @Lucky @Takumi @Ver

"No autographs, please." Harry managed to wheeze out as McGonagall helped him up to his feet. "Umbridge has...had me locked up, tortured for God knows how long..." The scars on his body could attest to that. Then his eyes lit up as he turned towards the professor. "H-Hermione and Ron? Are they-?"

"Safe...or what could be considered as such in this place. We'll do our best to help them and all of us."
As they were speaking with each other, they hadn't realized that something else was creeping towards them through the hallway.

"However I must agree, staying out here is not safe. Follow me back to the castle before the darkness decides to creep up once again."
Rolien gulps audibly after hearing that. "How is this school... even allowed to stay open?" she asked with discomfort as she walks along.
"Everyone, once the time is right." She spoke in a calming voice. "It will all become clear eventually."
"Shouldn't... everyone be prepared...? If we stay here... we should at least learn... how to... eh... prevent this?"

Ian Miles IV

" So to confirm, we have died nine times here? That seems.... horrible and we never remember. I guess judging by the size of Slytherin... that she either didn't think we wronged her or we died and stayed died," Ian replied, turning around because he had the strangest uneasy feeling in the pit of his stomach.

@Yun Lee @Jeremi @Ver @Takumi

"No...no that's crazy." Rio shook his head. "That's crazy! It had to be others that died, right? We...we didn't..." His brother, his friends...how had he not been able to save them? Tbat meant he failed Kit nine times. Nine! What kind of brother did that make him?

"Why? Why is this all going on? Why are we trapped here?"

@Jeremi @Takumi @Ver @Lucky

This was quite a bit to process indeed.

Juno went pale and froze like a statue when the legendary Boy Who Lived, Harry Potter himself, appeared before her and the others, unsure of what to make of it. To see such a beloved hero in such a state... Who could do such a thing? Was Umbridge really so vindictive, so twisted by the Dark Arts, that she could really...?

She let the others do the talking, staying silent for the moment to let herself register everything. A time loop, meticulous murder, all done carefully like it was some sort of sick ritual... Ten loops? Juno couldn't possibly imagine what kind of awful torment that must have been, but if the sight before her wasn't enough, then what would be enough until she was convinced?

Swallowing, as though there were a lump in her throat that Juno wanted to force down, she cleared her throat and attempted to talk next. "Did... D-Did you tell us about all this in the previous loops too?" She wondered, hoping to the forces that be that knowledge of all this gave them the opportunity to take down Umbridge, rather than doom them to repeat the same fate as before.

@Yun Lee @Jeremi @Lucky @Takumi

"This is the first time I have revealed it to any of the students, because I believe we now have the knowledge and the tools to defeat Umbridge and her master." She sounded confident in her words, but considering everything that had been going on it was hard to believe her words. "I, Harry and his friends are here out of spite. You all are here for sustenance. This place needs our fear, our confusion to sustain it, or that much we have surmised. But what we know is that evil walks the halls of Hogwarts and we must put a stop to i-."

Professor McGonagall didn't manage to finish her sentence as the door behind them was flung open slamming it hard into the wall. A demon almost identical to the one they had seen during Halloween was looming over them with murder in its eye. As it started to close in towards the group someone spoke up behind them.

"Chasing after old women and children? What monster you are. There lives would be forfeit but alas...I need them to reach my goals." The man stepped into the light and it was none other than Professor Fantasma! But there was something different about him. He stood much taller and his voice had this raw powerful authority in it. "Leave them be, I wont ask again."

The demon did not seem to enjoy being spoken to in such a callous way and turned its attention towards Fantasma who started to pull off his cloak. "Yes, turn your attention towards me, monster. You will find me a far more satisfying treat compared to the others."

The demon snarled and charged towards Fantasma and as it's large claw was raised to attack it's eyes went wide and it staggered backwards, as if something had punched it hard in the stomach. "Useless." The cloak was no free from Fantasma's body and he made his way towards the demon that was trying to get up. Fantasma looked at the group and smiled. "Want to see a magic trick?" He flung the cape on the monster and as he pulled it off it had disappeared from sight.

"Tada~~!"

"Fantasma! You-"
The man raised his hand to silence the Professor.

"I believe this mask has run its course. I wish to cast this man away and embrace who I truly am!" As he said that the man in front of them started to shimmer and change like an illusion. Where once Professor Finnegan Fantasma stood was someone else.

"I believe a re-introduction is in order. Hello everyone-"
