Haunted Hotel

Darren drifted through the halls, he'd been resting and missed all the excitement of the prior night. He lazily floated through a wall and saw the manager walking. Darren didn't recognize him but assumed he was some form of staff from his attire and decided to try for hi s attention. "Oi guv!" He called to the man, letting his feet touch the floor as to quickly walk after him.

Larry left the small group of new guests behind, moving towards the new scene. He skirted the gathering crowd, keeping to the edges of the room to keep from passing through any of them, his version of politeness. He had to sidestep once as someone's dog, a small, angry looking thing, growled briefly, as it felt a chill pass through its tail.

"Yang? Are you ok? Come on, this way." The ghost tried to usher her away from the scene. "We don't need to be here for all this. Lets go, ok?"

Fingerpainting, he thought. He wasn't an expert on the science, but a simple photo should be able to identify the prints easily enough. And with a few kinds of fingerprints, they could at least rule some suspects out. Also, did this mean they were corporeal, or at least flexible in their tangibility? Or something he hadn't considered yet.
